This is one of the best experiences I've ever had through Yelp. Finding Donte and Sparkle Auto-Mobile Detailing was the best thing that could have happened for me. When I saw all the 5 star reviews, I was wondering if it could be true. After the detail job on my Mercedes GL450 yesterday, I can say with 100% conviction, "Yes, every 5 star review is deserved." Donte arrived just after 9 am and finished up around 7 pm. He took no breaks and worked diligently throughout. He brings all his own supplies and will only need to access your water and electricity. You know he is well experienced because he brings a portable canopy that covers the car and protects it from direct sunlight which normally creates undesired water spots on your paint. I went with the full exterior and interior detail. The attention that Donte provides is unparalleled. I've never had a detail shop clean the inside of the rims. He scrubbed and cleaned each wheel till it shined. The exterior looks brand new and feels like it came off the showroom floor after he used a clay bar to smooth out all the oxidation. Literally, your hand glides across the paint with no resistance. The interior was a work of love. I have a Samoyed with long white fluffy hair and she has shed hair in every nook and cranny of that SUV. Donte painstakingly uses a special stone that pulls up all the hair on every inch of the interior. So when you wonder why he took nearly 10 hours to clean the car, that is the reason. He also removes items from every storage bin so he can fully clean those compartments as well. The car looks amazing. The hood had a number of spots from tree sap and bird droppings that had been baked on over the years. When he arrived, I specifically told him that we were not expecting miracles. First and foremost Dontae, has an AMAZING!!!! Skill on making sure your car looks super clean and fresh just like when you bought It fresh off the lot, but ten times better. He came out to do my boyfriend's car first and the amount of detail and time he took into making sure that the car was super clean. I mean by the time he finished the inside and outside there was not even a spot to see anything out of the ordinary. From the windows, to the interior, to the tires, inside of your compartments, the carpet, as well the outside of your car.
