When one of our owners confronted him, he brushed it off and said it wasn't a big deal. I disagree. Our ownership group pays for that water. Every month, our HOA fees cover the utilities in this building, and that includes water. Taking it without asking is theft, plain and simple, regardless of the amount. Tilicare advertises on their website that they bring their own water to jobs and operate self-sufficiently. That claim should matter to their customers, and it clearly wasn't being honored here. If this is how jobs get done, the "self-sufficient" pitch is misleading at best. No one should have to install locks on their outdoor faucets to protect themselves from vendors operating in the neighborhood. We work hard for what we have, and businesses that operate with this level of disregard for other people's property don't deserve your money. Look elsewhere.

The results are outstanding -- looks better than when it came off the showroom floor! The two gentlemen arrived one hour early, which worked out well.
