My boyfriend recommended this place after I told him I was having a hard time finding a car wash that also vacuumed and wiped out the interior of the vehicle. This place is not local to me, at all. I would absolutely make the trip again to get my wash there! You pick what services you want and get out of your vehicle. They send it through and as soon as it's out of the wash, two people jumped in to work on the interior while about four people attended to the outside of the vehicle! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! The did a great job! I was so happy to find a place that does all of that and it is a good price! Sparkle Car Wash takes a little while to get used to. The entrance requires going back behind the wash and doing a sharp U-turn. When you get to the start of the line, you have precious little time to read the menu of options on the side of the wall before you need to get out and make a decision. The options are also not very intuitive (eg what is "SparkleBright Interior?" Is that a product they use? Is it a Service or package?? No explanation). Also, the largest package ("The Works") mentions full service yet doesn't include anything inside the car other than a vacuum. That surprised me. But once you get over feeling screwed the first few times, figure out what you really want to order and acknowledge that the price ends up being much higher than you thought... they actually do an excellent job! When I go, I now request "The Works" wash with sparklebright interior/exterior and the RainX windshield. Runs $36ish but gets the inside and outside thoroughly clean and sparkling. Just recently I tried the "Hand wax Special" which included everything they do in the machine wash, plus rainx, armorall, interior cleaning and a hand wax on the outside. Ran close to $50 (maybe ~$46) but car came out looking absolutely incredible. Other than the steep learning curve and high prices, my only complaint here has been the use of dirty towels. More than a few times when I've paid for the sparklebright interior there end up being pretty visible streaks on the windshield that make it hard to see at night. My family and I have been a patron of Sparkle since their first car wash in Penndel. I've always received great service until today. The manager was rude and almost broke off my car door handle, I guess she wasn't patient enough to let me unlock the door. Then grimaced at me when I said "hello, how are you?" I was being smug but still. Then I had to ask for a rag to clean off salt that was on my interior door near the window. If I'm cleaning my interior what am I paying them for? Never again. read more

I used to swear by these guys. The last time they did a shoddy job, I figured it was just a bad day. This afternoon, I paid for "the works" as I always do. When I got back in, my dash still had a thick layer of dust on it, my cup holders and other nooks hadn't been touched, and my touch screen was still layered in fingerprints. I'm not expecting a full detail for $20, but they could have dipped the vacuum in the cup holders and ran the rag over my dash and door handles while they were wiping my seats. On the upside, my floor mats look great and the cashier woman was super nice. read more

Place is a ripoff. Most expensive wash ($21) doesn't include interior wipedown. They want an extra $8 for that, no signage indicating this either. Went to speak to manager and was told (verbatim) "You're s*** out of luck". This is not the first bad experience I've had with Sparkle. Other locations are just as bad. I went to Sparkle Car Wash last night at 5:52 pm. As soon as I entered the parking lot I noticed the sign that read they were open until 6pm. They, however, were not open. I was very disappointed. I have now visited this shop 3 times and each has been a pleasure. The service here is above most car washes. At one point there were 6 people all working on my vehicle at the same time, each with their own designated job. I have a minivan and 3 kids so my van was gross and it looks great! read more

This place may make your car "sparkle" but it won't necessarily clean. They charge $46 to give you a "Special" treatment and nothing could be less special. They don't guarantee to clean bird crap off your unless you complain enough. As for the inside they have shoddy cleaners. The windshield and interior rear windows are usually streaked and they make no effort at all to reach the edges. read more

Horrible car wash. Spent $30 to have the car cleansed and vacuumed. The inside was not even wiped down and they did a horrible job vacuuming it out. It looked like it was never vacuumed. When I told them they never wiped anything down inside the car they told me they were understaffed and did not have time to do that. Will never go back!!!!! read more

I came here for the first time today. It is confusing as to where to go when you pull in. Then they have a half ass menu for your wash choices. After spending $27.00, I really wasn't satisfied with the wash. They have 5 guys wiping your car down after it comes out of the tunnel. But it's almost like they are just going through the motions. After getting home I had to wipe down the car to get the rest of the water off it. And btw, they don't wipe down anything inside for that price. Probably won't come back here. read more

To say I'm disappointed with the job done here is an understatement. I have a black 2014 Jeep Patriot that I had purchased from a dealer only a few months before. It was detailed at that time, and has been kept clean during the intervening months, being washed and waxed at least every other week in the area where I was living at the time. I returned to the Feasterville area just five days before taking it to be cleaned in preparation for putting it up for sale. After paying $21 for "The Works", when I got out of the car at a store within the same shopping center following the wash, I noticed that the car was still covered with visible bug residue all across the front and hood of the vehicle. In addition, the floor mats had white bands (on black mats) across them with some type powder-like substance. The rest of the interior had not even been wiped down cleanly, as the vinyl areas (dash, center console, footledges, etc.) still had mud streaks, even in areas where there had been none before. The job done was so bad that I ended up having to hand wash the bug residue off myself when I got home. I also had to wipe down the vinyl areas, and vacuum the seats, mats, and floor. With the temperatures in the 90's, at 60 years old, I could not wash the car myself. Had I known about the poor work done at this place, I would have taken it elsewhere. I have never written a review before but this is easily the worst service I have ever experienced! Prior to handing over my car to be washed, I place my new glasses in the car door fully intact. By the time they were done washing the car, a lens was no where to be found in my glasses. I spoke with the Manager and he said that they are not accountable for any lost or broken items when it is evident that someone working there broke/lost the lens to my glasses. Overall, I was unable to prove anything other than what I know and had to leave with no reimbursement for them breaking my glasses. I always give businesses two chances to make things right before I leave a review. Well, that 2nd chance was today for Sparkle in Feasterville. I arrived at 8:30am and was the only car there. I asked for a package that would include a wipe down, or I would pay extra. The man told me that they can't do a wipe down of the interior because there are only 5 people working. I looked around, I was the only car and there were 4 other people standing around doing nothing. So, he lost a customer so they could all stand around. Several months ago, I came here and realized my car wasn't getting the wash I paid for. I said something and was told I was wrong. I asked the lady in front of me what wash she paid for and how much it cost. She paid $20 less and they were giving her my wash that I paid for! They kept arguing with me and the other customer got involved and explained that they must have mixed up the washes. It was a huge ordeal and not necessary. I will never go back here again. read more
