The access to free vacuums is why most people go here. I'm not sure that is still an option. I will say that after today my benchmark that they held in the past has dropped significantly. When paying 30$ for any service; but more so one that involves human labor, after the automated auto wash, one would think there was some level of care or emphasis on delivering quality over quantity in the interior detailing portion of this transaction. The interior of my car was nowhere near where I had hoped it would be at a glance, let alone after putting 20$ in the tip jar. Guess I will tip after the service is complete next time. Cost analysis breakdown: Classic Wash Full 16.98$ Classic Wash 11.32$ Subtotal 28.30$ + PA state (Tax) =30.00$ But generally disappointed in the results following my interior cleaning. The female that I can only assume was the manager on the day when we pulled up for our car wash was lacking customer service. The car before us had some kind of issue and after patiently waiting 10 minutes we gave a quick honk and the female caught the only attitude and then proceeded to say that she wasn't going to let us thru for our car wash, smh. what she should of done from the beginning was pull the car with the issue to the side to resolve the matter and avoid the long wait we experienced. Poor customer service on her part.. Prior to the 10 minute wait time with the car in front of us we had already been waiting patiently while the other line was passing us that how long we waited. The Female needs more training on how to deal with issues so that other customers will not be affected in this matter. Had my credit card info stolen on Sept 3rd, 2025. 20 minutes later the card info was used to buy food at a nearby Chinese restaurant. The manager's response when told was to ask me why I was complaining about an $8 charge of Chinese food!! It was actually $44 they charged for starters. Also, I had my card on me the whole time. They stole my info when I used my tap feature! The manager cared so little he hung up on me. I filed a report with Stroudsburg Police. Also had to cancel my card of course. NOT FOR CORVETTES! Sparkel normally does an excellent job on my Cadillac CTS with custom rims and tires. Great on my Ridgeline and SRX. Today 4.19.2025 I convinced my wife to take her 2000 Corvette through. (I had taken it through many times before.) This time when I entered, it started making a noise, but the noise stopped before we exited. We then drove 5 miles to our house. By the time we were a few blocks from the house, I picked up a strange noise. When we parked I had a FLAT l/r tire,. This was due to a snapped valve stem. I removed the tire/wheel and took it to Sparkel Stroudsburg. The manager looked at it a declared " it was because of the aftermarket TPMS metal valve stem, and they can't be held responsible. Fine, They did offer me a free month of washes if I joined their club. I took the tire to Firestone, next door to have the TPMS replaced, ( I had a spare) for $20. After a couple of hours after I left the tire with Firestone, they called and said the TPMS would not be replaced because the tire was run flat and would have to be replaced. In essence, a $13 carwash will end up costing me $150. SPARKLE WILL NOT STAND GOOD FOT THIS. THANK YOU SPARKLE! read more

After many years of taking my convertibles and having the entire car towel dried at Sparkle the last time I went in May, I was told it would cost extra to towel dry the roof of my car. The manager called it "detailing". When I questioned him about why after paying more than $30 dollars for a towel dry and interior vacuum, the roof could not be dried, he insisted that they no longer do that. I told him every car that went through the wash had a roof that was dried, why was mine now the exception, his only response was "that costs more for detailing". I don't know if it's new management, but any knowledgeable person can understand that convertible or hardtop all cars have a roof and should not be charged an additional cost to dry. The manager is uncooperative, tries to take advantage of women, discriminating, and prejudice. Find another car wash that has honest management. read more

I was a little confused on where to pull in for a full service wash (it was my very first visit) I asked one of the gentlemen that work there, Kenny, for help and he walked me through the entire process. Super patient and extremely kind. The wash was fantastic and the hand service was amazing. The gentlemen were fast, thorough and extremely polite. They spray your car with a strong scent that lasts for quite awhile! The vacuum job was 10/10. My backseat carpets looked fantastic! It was worth the $31 + tip! read more

The full service was worth the price. I tipped 100% because so many people work on the car at once for interior service. The gentlemen in the red durag on 08/03/22 around 1215pm was incredibly nice but the guy in the red bucees trucker hat was very rude. I have been using this carwash for along as I can remember, unfortunately on my last visit their car wash sheared my antenna off. I notices the damage withing minutes of leaving, so I went back and I formed them (while my vehicle was still wet), and the attendant was able to find the missing piece of my antenna in the car wash bay. She informed me the manager was not in, but had me fill out and incident report with all my information, and told me the manager would call me back tomorrow or the next day. Three days later I get a call from them saying they are refusing my claim because it is in my owners manual to remove the antenna prior to going thru a car wash, and that it is also clearly posted on a sign prior to entering the bay. I asked the man if that wouldn't be the attendants job to point that out and also push in my mirrors prior to allowing me into the car wash? He simply repeated that it is not their responsibility to remove my antenna, and if I wish to go thru with it on that is a risk I assume. Pretty poor customer service, especially when I have patronized this business for many years. The recent upgrades Sparkle has done this summer has helped a lot when I was trying to find a vacuum to use after I got my car washed. Instead of having to wait for a free vacuum sparkle added more vacuums for free use and I can say I really appreciate it. They delivered a very amazing job for hand services ever since the pandemic I have had less and less of a chance to get my car interior cleaned. But when I went and upgraded and got hand services all I could say was WOW! My car has never looked this clean. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. the worst customer service ever so my situation was that the day before I pay $23.27 for my monthly service and went thru and wash my vehicl ...well today I went n wash my vehicle cause I payed my monthly well the computer stated to them that my account wasn't active so they made me get of the line and not let me wash my vehicle after I just payed them the day before the 23.27 for the monthly I showed them my receipt and all and still didn't let me wash my car all of a sudden this blonde Lady says she's the manager and that to get off her private property and that she didn't care if I was a paying customer or not she even threatened me to get my car towed and the last this. But today I wanted a quick vacuum of the back of my car and they wouldn't do it unless I paid them a dollar! WTF! The space is literally 1'x3'. I have washed my truck probably from the time that this place has opened. I have washed three different trucks at this location. In the beginning I always removed my hitch from my truck. I have gotten smarter where I didn't have to remove my by acquiring a hide hitch which was very costly I keep it locked on my truck and never have an issue until today 10/12/21. The person that pushes buttons purposely pushed the button not to wash the back of my truck. Now I have a white truck so it is very obvious to see it wasn't washed. So when I noticed I went back to complain and I was told no manager on site and this employee with trainee on his shirt said cause you have a hitch is why he pushed the button well I don't remember who pushed it but that wasn't my point we argued back and forth and basically he said no refund or partial money back just a free wash next time but if I have the hitch on he we push the button. In the mean time one of the employees sitting right on the bench said this customer is right his hitch is a hide a hitch and this customer should have been able to go through with no issues. So I said well you should push the button when cars have wipers on the back and he said oh we do. So I said you're basically ripping off 80% of your customers he said I'm wrong and the reason we push the button so it doesn't ruin the machines. Awful washing quality. You basically have to manually dry and clean the car at the same time. Wheels were still quite filthy after going through the wash and the manager thought that it was normal since their "equipment is calibrated to wash different type of cars of different sizes and some variations are expected". I went to Sparkle car wash two days ago..I paid 22.00 for full service. Don't waste your money getting your car detailed there! I asked for a full detail. What I got was an absolute joke! They didn't clean my tire rims, rear view mirror, back hatch wasn't touched at all - leave debris, dirt and grime still there! Armour all drippings in ALL of my speakers, smears here and there, didn't clean vents or glove box and many areas missed all together! When I talked to the manager and asked to speak to the owner, I was told he is NEVER available and the manager handles EVERYTHING. Does the owner know that his manager suggested I go to another facility? They took some money off but I still had to come home and spend an hour and a half cleaning up the mess they left behind and also had to spend 45 minutes trying to remove armour all from my speakers and I can't get it all. Bought a monthly membership and after going through I noticed bugs still on the bumper so I asked one of the attendants if I could use one of the dirty towels in the pale. He was with 2 other attendants and he just responded "no" then the 3 chuckled as if it was funny (the only part that was funny is that 3 people washing cars for a living found this funny) as I stared for a while until he felt uncomfortable he then said "I would get fired if I lent you a towel". Knowing that the best way to determine future behaviours is to look at past or current behaviours, and not wanting to get this type of service going forward, I asked to cancel my monthly membership. The manager came over and was very short and told me to print and sign the paperwork. As I was filling out the section that asked the reason for me cancelling, she kept trying to take the paper back. But I finished anyway. I don't expect much from car wash attendants, but I do expect more than this kind of service.
