Walked in and they took the tire and patched it and had it on the car and the spare back in its spot in 30 minutes. $20 for the patch service. Tipped $30 for the great service. Thank you 9th Street!

After I knocked on the door, He told me he couldn't help, they're closed and to move my car out of the service area way, because it's blocking customers for the next day. I was able to move my car a bit. He then told me about another service station. I called another service station he referred to, and the other station were astonished that he wouldn't help and just left me by myself after I repeatedly told him I wasn't from the area and I'm by myself. The other service station stayed with me until we got something figured out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Human decency is to at least be some type of help when someone is having an emergency and is stranded.

After evaluating my Ford I was told that there was a Technical Bulletin that came out from Ford several years ago. I am impressed that they did the research to evaluate my car. They told me I did NOT NEED A TRANSMISSION. I only needed an update on the vehicle computer. Here's the numbers. Ford wanted $3500 for a rebuilt transmission. A new transmission was $6000.
