When paying 30$ for any service; but more so one that involves human labor, after the automated auto wash, one would think there was some level of care or emphasis on delivering quality over quantity in the interior detailing portion of this transaction. The interior of my car was nowhere near where I had hoped it would be at a glance, let alone after putting 20$ in the tip jar. Guess I will tip after the service is complete next time. Cost analysis breakdown: Classic Wash Full 16.98$ Classic Wash 11.32$ Subtotal 28.30$ + PA state (Tax) =30.00$ But generally disappointed in the results following my interior cleaning. I called because I have shown up to dealerships in the past and they could not perform a tire rotation on a dually. I was told on the phone they could rotate the outer four tires. I said ok that's fine. Drop it off. Get a text the next day that it was ready to pick up. The tires had not been rotated. We spoke to three service personnel. They could not perform the service because they could not just move the tires around on the rims. They have to remove them from the rim then remount them. If a dealership can't perform recommended service on a certain GMC vehicle models they should not be able to sell and make commission off that type of vehicle! I would like to note Jenny was understanding and helped as much as she could.

The service writer was rude and condescending and stated that the service manager doesn't allow loaners no matter how long it takes for diagnostic (translation, you didn't purchase the vehicle in our dealership so piss off). I understand why Abeloff has such a poor rating. This is the first GM dealership that I've been to that doesn't do same day oil changes, I guess I'm used to 5 star dealerships and not bottom of the barrel dealerships. I brought my car in for a recall service, and while I was waiting inside the dealership, one of the Halterman's Toyota employees hit my car while driving it on the dealership property. The last thing you expect is for your car to be damaged at a REPUTABLE Toyota dealership where you should feel confident your vehicle is in good hands. This was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. After the incident, I refused to have the repair done there because I no longer trust the dealership or the way I was treated. Their response and attitude after the accident were unprofessional and unacceptable. As of today, my car is still not repaired, and this situation is now being pursued through legal channels. I will never return to Halterman's Toyota, will never use their services again, and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. This situation would never have happened if the Toyota dealership employee had taken full responsibility and treated their customer the way they are supposed to. Instead, after the accident, they acted as if nothing had happened and made no effort to find a fair solution in my favor. DO NOT USE!…read more I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.
