This is the first automated system that did not have an air dryer in the system and my truck came out dripping wet like they just pulled it out of a lake. By time I got home with the dust and salt my truck was dirtier then when I pulled in. I don't understand how a business as big as irwin can be that much of a ripoff on a simple car wash if you can't do the job right just shut it down instead of screwing the public. I was honestly shocked. I wasn't doing anything inappropriate -- just using the machine that's there for customers. As someone who has supported this business regularly, I don't see why using the change machine should be an issue. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and like I had done something wrong when I hadn't. Because of this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending this place to others after how this situation made me feel.
