They also spoke negatively about other customers to people standing nearby. Regardless of internal issues, that kind of conversation is wildly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. If working conditions are truly that bad, it raises the question of why those concerns aren't handled privately or addressed through proper channels. Management makes a point of repeatedly announcing their title, which feels unnecessary and performative rather than reassuring. Overall, the dynamic among staff appears dysfunctional and overly reliant, giving the impression that basic operations struggle without constant overlap. The physical condition of the business is equally concerning. The space is cluttered and poorly maintained: excessive dust, numerous houseplants taking over the floor area, visibly dirty fish tanks, and handwritten signs covering nearly every available surface. It's unclear whether this is meant to be a professional business, a storage space, or something else entirely. The lack of cleanliness and organization is hard to ignore--and easy to document. I only stopped in because the location was convenient and allowed me to avoid nearby construction. Convenience was the sole reason for my visit. The one positive note: they do offer a laundry service. Unfortunately, that is the only redeeming quality I experienced.

They have top and side loader washers. I used the top loaders so I know that I actually did get hot water, which was good. A few of the dryers don't work at all or as well as others. I had put my clothes in a dryer with enough quarters for 30 minutes, but came back and they were still damp. The attendant was very nice and told me to put them into dryer A which heats up more. And she put their quarters in thankfully. They have several large fans blowing, so it's not too hot. Their hours are M-S 8-7 (last wash in before 7 when they lock the door, but you can stay to dry & fold), Sun 8-5.

They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

We had no time to check things beforehand because she "kept forgetting to order" and we did not receive everything till day before the wedding; leaving us in a panic if she would even follow thru. This one scenario doesn't even begin to cover how much of a mess using this business was. She answered the first phone call and told us to recheck and let her know what was needed. We were ignored the rest of the day and text messages/phone calls were never returned to us, our friends, or the wedding venue. There was no care to compensate, and no apology given; even with us continuing to reach out. I understand mistakes happen, but a good business does not ignore their client just because they have received payment in full. Without a doubt, was the worst vendor we worked with for the event and will not use them again nor recommend their linens for any event--which is sad because the linen options were almost limitless.
