When they contacted me in response to my email to discuss this discrepancy, I expected a professional conversation. Instead, I got attitude, excuses, and a dismissive rep who told me their own monitor might be wrong and his truck is right because it's inspected by the county once a year. So apparently, their technology is unreliable and customers are just supposed to accept whatever number they're billed for -- no transparency, no accountability, no respect. This company's customer service is unprofessional and arrogant. I'll be filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB. If you value honesty, accuracy, and respectful communication, avoid Duncan Oil.

They topped off the tank, were very friendly, and educated us on it. This went a long way in giving us peace of mind and making us feel comfortable owning a propane tank. We recently got a fence installed at the property for our dogs, and they even came out to mark the gas line for us on very short notice.
