Whatever you do, DON'T signup for the Sparkle Express monthly subscription service. I've been trying to remove two vehicles I no longer own for months and it says it can't remove them and that I have to "Contact us". I have sent two emails, left two voicemails, and sent a Facebook message, all with no response from Sparkle Express. They continue to charge my bank account for the two vehicles I no longer own. On my last call I got an AI voice "Stella" who listened to my concerns about removing the vehicles, not to mention the $1400+ of overcharges on my bank account over the past several years that I discovered, and promised that my concerns would be escalated to Executive Management and that someone would contact me back. That call took place on April 16th and on April 22nd Sparkle Express charged my bank account yet again for the two vehicles I no longer own. It is now May 16th (a month later) and I have still received no response whatsoever from Sparkle Express. It is now patently obvious that they have zero interest in customer service or taking care of their customers. Once they get you to sign up and provide your bank account, they then ignore any problems or complaints while continuing to charge you month after month even if you no longer own the vehicles - it is thievery plain and simple. read more

All of the employees I have dealt with have been very helpful and polite. The cost has gone up a little bit, but that is to be e pected with price increases being forced on us by minimum wage increases. Employees have a difficult time keeping all customers happy. So many want a lot for nothing. This car wash location has given better service than others I have been to. Find one you like and stick with them. Most like feedback. read more

The car wash does the job when referencing cleaning. The workers are lazy and complacent. I pay for a premium membership, the employees pick and choose when they want to clean or properly use the brush to clean the front or back of your car. They half spray the front and back of your windshield. The vacuums do not always work. read more

I have an older car so even after seeing a few poor reviews, I was still willing to try a wash. After living in CA where water is metered out at a high price and used sparingly, coming through this wash was a delight. It's the first time that my car has actually come out clean. It's the best $10 wash I've had. It's also a great location if you have any other errands to run or on your way out for a day trip on the highway. read more

Poor customer service. Machines don't clean the sides of the vehicles and the teenagers working are rude, racist and refuse to help or provide their names or contact information for their manager. We will be canceling all 6 of our memberships. read more

While I was reading the negative reviews, I decided "you know what, it's time to get a car wash." And that's exactly what I did. I was a little nervous because of car wash horror stories BUT it was a fantastic wash that left my car squeaky clean and the vacuums do an amazing job of keg tying all of the dirt/sand out of my carpet. Always a hit and miss if you get someone who actually pre-scrubs your car or just goes through the motions. Not that it matters too much, I have yet to go through this car wash and come out with a clean car. Why do I keep going? Because it's the only one near my house. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not. I had the $29.99 package for about 3 months. I have went just a handful of times during the period. I noticed they never really did a good job at removing the bugs from the front bumper of my black challenger. After the last wash, there was oil/wax residue i around the lower portion of the whole car, all the way around, as if I'd just driven through water. That look remain until I decided to take a microfiber towel and buff most of the oil away in my garage. Also noticed more and more white scratches on the body each time until I had to admit to myself it was the car wash attacking my clear coat and I'd have to go back to hand washing myself. As a rule of thumb, if you have a dark colored car, don't use any automated car wash. I knew this. Did it anyway. The people are nice but i Completely agree with the other reviews of the wash being hit or miss depending on the pre-scrub before hand, even on the more expensive packages. If you're in a bind and don't really car about your car/have a less expensive model, sure, go for it. Otherwise, I would not recommend. read more

The Grovetown location is horrible! The car wash scratched my car along both sides. They tell me I have 48 hours to fill out incident report after the manager, Will, gets smart with me. So I rush over there after work and fill it out. But now they won't give me an answer as to if they going to repair my car, which by the way is brand new, 2018 model. O called the office because it's been a week and a half, explained to just give me an answer at least. It's so unprofessional to just ignore a customer. But nothing.... Damaged vehicle and they taking me for a fool I guess. Why would I ever recommend anyone use this place? read more
