Non existent local customer service and everyone I have spoken with over the last year at the 800 number were incompetent. When we moved we stopped getting deliveries even though I had called and notified them of our new address. After a month of being told they would come "next week" I cancelled my service. I was told someone would pick up our water dispenser but they never came. I continued to be billed monthly for the rental and would call each month and get told the same thing. Customer service agents say they leave messages for the local manager to contact me but I have never heard from them. After emailing customer service I'm told my new address isn't serviced (even though I moved a half mile closer to town from my previous address). I have gone by the local business address and it is always locked with no sign anyone is there. I have left notes on their door with no response. I continue to be charged monthly with no way to return the water dispenser. FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR WATER, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

My daughters and Friends were going to Dixi university college. They found this water company. They ended up renting a cooler machine and monthly water service through Sparkletts. The delivery people were excellent the water tastes amazing. The price was great! When they decide to close out their contract I was the one that returned the empty bottles and machine to the company. Gerald was the one that helped me he was great. We looked through all the invoices everything was perfect they treated us like gold. I would highly recommend Sparklett's water in St. George Utah. I think we might've lost one of the plastic jugs but they were so good to us they never said a thing. read more
