Half way through the service I overheard a phone call where he was berating and using foul language, I have two small children so I was not happy to say the least. When I stepped outside to ask him to please take his phone call to his vehicle the owner exhibited rudeness that compounded my frustration. To make matters worse, the cleaning process resulted in significant damage to my pool deck, leaving me with an unsightly and costly repair.
