Daniel went WAY out of his way to come help me, driving all the way from Corpus Christi to Bishop when he absolutely did not have to. But what impressed me most was what happened after he arrived. I had been instructed to pay a fee by my insurance company, and I was fully prepared to do it. Daniel took the time to actually research the situation himself and discovered that I apparently did not need to pay that fee at all. He could have easily accepted the money, but instead he refused to take it. Who does that?! When I was stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly in full panic mode, Daniel showed up, drove a long way on a holiday weekend, worked in the heat, and then went the extra step to make sure I wasn't paying something I didn't actually owe.
