The facial was the star of the show. I did the facial infusion by osmosis and my aesthetician was perfect. She went over all of the items she was using and asked me if there were any other concerns. I wanted to address and was able to add some things in to my cocktail. My end result my face is glowing and it's lasted for a long time. She was also able to recommend me a couple of products that were a little bit pricey but medical grade and then I ended up purchasing one, but I never felt the pressure by her to purchase something. So, I found this place with good reviews on YELP. First, the location was hard to find (especially if you're not from the area). Second, she had her child running in and out of the room she was doing my eyelashes in, which I don't mind, but if you don't like kids, beware. Third, when she was done, I noticed that there were some spots that were bare when I told her that there seems to be some spots missing, she said that she glued an extension to every lash I had and it's because I chose to do a classic set that it looks like this and that I should have gone with hybrid lashes if I wanted more lash. I have done classic sets before and never had it look a bit patchy. Fourth, after a day of having these lashes done, the eyelashes poked the life out of my left eye, which I have never experienced with eyelash extensions. My right eyelash extensions kept bothering me to the point that many have already fallen out. When I complained to the owner, I was credited 10% with an apology. My requested nail tech (Linh) got an attitude and never apologized. I hoped the attitude would be better on December 23rd. It wasn't better, the environment was unfriendly too. There were no greetings or Christmas/Happy Holidays expressed. I have been a loyal customer for five plus years. I have even recommended family members here also. My regular nail tech (Tiffani) moved last year and it hasn't been the same. I have decided to move on to another salon that appreciates me.
