I went in for a bumper to bumper wash and detail. My 7 year old SUV looks as good as it did when I bought it, thanks to Hendrik and his crew. I'm so impressed with how well and how quickly (about 2 hours) Sparkling Image detailed my vehicle. They completed exactly what I wanted, and just as I was about to pull away they stopped me to point out my tire looked a little low. They checked the tire pressure, and put in air. Considerate, helpful and truly genuine! It was a hot afternoon when I stopped by to finally look into the prices and the kind of services they offer, when I ran into the Location Manager Hendrik Rodriquez who after he realized that I did not have cash on me to be able to complete a Self wash as it was on the cheaper end, he kindly offered and turned on the hose water as a Complimentary wash. I was speechless and since my car is due for Oil Change soon, I will return to them for the Oil Change and comprehensive wash they offer when it is done. Very nice people and it is worth going there. This place is very good. They work well together. When they suggest something that needs to be done there is no pressure to do it. Prices are fair and you get a free car wash. The waiting area smells so nasty, it is unbearable. I went with my sister-in-law to have her car detailed. They told her it would be about an hour. We left in my vehicle to run an errand. CMe back about 50 minutes later. They hadn't even started it! Not a way to run a business. And, it appears they were working on another car when we came back. That car was not there before we left to run our errand. Just a heads up when considering a detail at this place. read more

Update: I went back, the manager put the car through the wash again and had some of his guys hand dry it They also told me they're calling in the maintenance people to see why the dryer is not working correctly. The car wasn't dried thoroughly, so I have water spots everywhere on the car and on the windows. They did get the dirt off but what good is a $15 wash if I have to just wash all the spots off? read more

Self Wash bay #5 has zero soap in the spay wand. Only way to get soap was in the foaming brush. I will not put that on my car so here lies the issue. Property looks like it has been heavily vandalized as one of the coin machines was broken and the machine to get air fresheners, etc looks like someone tried to put their fist through the glass. I had dropped five dollars in quarters into the machine, it takes two dollars to get it to work. Once I sprayed my wheels to remove brake dust I used the high pressure rinse to just try and make the most of the time. The machine didn't beep alerting me time was soon to expire. When I drove away their was a nasty film on the car. Went to Hudson Car Wash on the way home and paid $14.00 to try and fix the disaster that I had left at this place. read more

DO NOT get your car detailed here! For $130, make a damn effort. What did you do for that almost hour and a half that I was waiting? The miserable looking guy basically did a quick vacuum and wipe down. He definitely did not shampoo the seats, which is why I paid for the $130 option. Still lots of dog hair and stains all over seats. Didn't even clean the cup holder. Then I found some of my stuff in puddles on the ground. I could have done better in 30 mins with $8 worth of Armor All. read more

I had two SUVs interiors cleaned. A black Volvo that was dirty I was trading it in. My wife used this suv to go to the barn and it was not clean. When I picked up the car it was incredibly clean. I mean I almost didn't want to trade it in. It wasn't this clean when we bought it. The outside was even done. WOW. The second a 2019 Black Tahoe. Came back so clean I felt bad driving it to my office. Fantastic great job. Keep up the great work. read more

If you are thinking about getting a touch-less car wash here, I highly recommend waiting for it to rain. You'll save the environment and $15 and be just as happy with the results. I used to go here frequently but they unfortunately raised their prices while also no longer washing the backs and sides of the cars. read more

They have a machine to exchange bills for quarters, don't recommend using it as I lost a dollar trying to use it. The vacuums last about a whole 2 minutes (if that), but costs $2.00. A dollar a minute for a vacuum is terrible considering the free vacuums around here. Don't recommend. read more

I went to this business to get my car detailed. I dropped it off at 10:30am. They told me it would be a couple of hours. After calling a couple of times during the day (1pm and 4:00), it was finally "ready" around 5:45pm. I paid $169.99 for the bumper to bumper service when I dropped it off to have the outside and inside cleaned. The service was supposed to include wax, shine, scratch repair, carpet shampoo, console etc cleaned, and seat cleaning. As soon as I picked it up, I noticed there was still a lot of dirt on the seats. I should have taken pictures but I was too annoyed and complained right away. They vacuumed and wiped the dirt away. Then, I noticed the mats were all missing. They went and found them. Then I noticed the windows were all still dirty on the inside. They attempted to clean them. It seemed the only thing they did in 8 hours was run it through the car wash (with me in it when I dropped it off) and vacuum the carpets. That's fine for $30-40 not for $169.99 and you pay up front. So, I complained to the manager that the interior needed to be redone. I should have just asked for my money back. They were very apologetic and reasonable about bringing the car back. I was really happy about that and had hope that it was just an off day for them. They did tell me they were short staffed. So, I brought it back. I explained what I wanted and they had it about 2 hours. Terrific, I thought. I wasn't going to complain twice. It looked better at first glance and the mats were in tact. They also cleaned up the wheels so it looked good on the outside. (The one scratch was not touched.) I picked it up, drove it home, and left it a couple days. When I got in to drive it two days later, this is what I saw. The passenger door was stained with some kind of cleaner. I tried cleaning it with warm water and scrubbing with a towel. That didn't work so I went to Walmart to buy $65 worth of cleaner and scrubbed that stain away and all the others they missed. They hadn't washed the carpets, the food spill in the back I originally brought the car in for was still there. I had to redo the windows because they were filmy too at the bottoms. And, it smells weird. The only thing I can't get clean is that speaker because whatever they sprayed on there has permanently stained it. Maybe that's what smells when the car heats up? Who knows? What a nightmare. Total waste of money. Can you give a business less than one star? They seemed very accommodating on the phone so there is the silver lining, I guess. I wish I just asked for my money back after the first visit. read more

Not only do these people make you feel they are doing you a favor by replacing a filter, ect, it's not that it is even needed in the first place, it is because their business is to keep on putting add-on prices to your bill. And hide your belongings. I had my father's swiss army knife he had as a child, and I carried it around as it always came in handy. Once I got my car back from them, 2 days later I saw that knife had been stolen. That was my father's when he was a little boy; He died at 86 years old in 2009. This time when I went she had a mouth full of food when she attempted to great me and didn't give me my change back When I asked her for it, she said she thought it was her tip? Automatic car wash left tons of soap on my can AFTER the rinse cycle and the wash was complete. I had to pull back around. The attendant was willing to spray it off in the manual wash station at no charge, so kudos to him, but this seems like a problem that could be rectified by getting their rinse cycle working properly. read more

This place is terrible. I went through their car wash and my truck had a bunch of surface scratches on it after. I filled out a accident report and they said their boss would call me. I waited days and never got a call so I called them. They told me to bring my truck in and they would buff out the scratches for me. They said it would take a hour and a half to buff everything out so I decided to wait in the waiting room. I've now been waiting almost 2 and a half hours and still haven't got my truck back. Also, multiple people have walked in here to talk to an employee but there isn't anyone at the desk. I am never coming back here. read more

When I pulled up to the car wash today I didn't notice anyone there to greet me until I looked over and noticed someone in a bright yellow shirt sitting on the ground behind some kind of podium on her phone. Horrible service.They acted as if they did me a favor for $23.00. Ridiculous. The punk with the combed pomade at the car wash flim-flammed me and didn't give me a receipt. Carwash $23 and my car had more grit/gravel/dirt on it when I went in. I went back after a nearby appt. and asked if Mr. Pomade nicely if they could run me through wash again. My car was not clean. That's all. There was no reason for slick guy to be offended. He asked for my receipt, and I reminded him he didn't give me one. He never looked at the dirt. He went inside, came back out and was simply rude right to my face. I did not arrive angry so he had no reason for the nasty reaction. I have know idea where the attitude and insulting tone came from - unless it had something to do with not providing me a receipt to begin with. All I wanted was $23 worth of clean car. Simply, clean...for a blue sky, sunny day. After he was rude to my face, I asked for the manager. Some guy crawled up the embankment off the right side and was more rude than the punk. I was dismayed. I'm not sure the "manager" was the manager or just a coworker. Manager says, "you got your free wash... just go". Oh boy - tough guy to a small woman. What kind of manager speaks to a customer that way? I thought - Jeez, I'm not here for a "FREE" wash, I paid for it. Total scam. Both these guys are angry dirtbags. Make sure you get receipts for you credit card charges. The kid messed with my card for several minutes behind the podium before I finally saw him swipe it. No ticket for dash. Very scammy.
