From the beginning when I was looking for mobile car detailing the owner was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions -even the ones I sent at 10pm! He explained thoroughly the process of buffing out scratches and the different options I had. When I met the two gentleman who detailed my car they were extremely professional. They showed me the tools they would be using and how it works when you buff out scratches! They kept me informed during the process. I cannot thank them enough for a job absolutely well done. They were so friendly and nice!! They did a fantastic job and worked extremely hard on a couple specific tasks I wanted done! Couldn't have asked for anything better!! Side note: he went to have me sign and I said where do I leave the tip and he said he just marked no tip and I asked why.... he said no one give them a tip so it's just automatic now! Friendly staff, excellent service. Called to have them clean a car in and out that was very neglected. They are mobile so came right to our home and they were on time and did a wonderful job cleaning the car in and out. They did not rush the job and the car was cleaned way above my expectations especially since the temperature was only 34 degrees out. I would definitely recommend Smart Wash to anyone who wants to have their car cleaned. They clay barred and waxed the entire outside of the vehicle and steam cleaned the entire interior. Quality guys. Know how to work for repeat service. Used them twice. Two vehicles first time started raining, and instead of pushing to get it finished potentially resulting is subpar work they scheduled to finish the next weekend, my convenience. Never asked for partial payment either. Second time used had an old pickup truck of mine detailed and asked to have my rinse and tires cleaned on another vehicle which they were kind enough to do for free. I've used other detailing services before and their pricing is right in line if not better. read more

Ray Proia, owner of the franchise in my area, was able to offer me an appointment within days of my call. He came to my home at the appointed time and did an amazing job detailing my car. He was professional in his actions and attire which put me at ease as he was at my home. After a few hours, two of his coworkers joined him. They were also very professional and the team made my 7 year old CRV look like it just left the showroom- all for an incredibly good price! In the event I decided to go ahead with a rescheduled detail of my new vehicle. Am I glad I did! Jody and his colleague did a superb job.
