Just needed heart worm medication for a new dog. Required a physical visit so I made an appointment…read more(which is fine). After an hour past of waiting past the appointment time the vet finally comes in. He immediately grabs for my dogs ear which surprised the dog and snaps towards him with a little growl. He's a super friendly dog, but he scared him. Instead of trying to calm the dog or even bring treats into play which typically works for all dogs, he instead throws his hand up and says "I'm done". I understand needing to be cautious, but he put zero effort in trying to examine my dog's health. Afterward, I try to finally buy the medication, but I can't because their credit card system was down so we left empty handed. I take the dog instead to the other vet in town and got an actual exam done with no problems. I paid the fees for the services given and medication. Fast forward and I get a bill for Office call and exam. I would normally understand this fee but no exam was given and it cost twice as much as the place that actually examined the dog. I called and kindly asked they waive the fee given the circumstances, but the person on the phone was adamant the vet "examined" my dog and even told me the notes he wrote down about the visit. Again, he didn't check his ears, mouth, lungs, muscles...anything. He probably only looked at the dog 30 seconds. But since he "saw" the dog, no waiving the fee I was told. Either way I'm paying the ridiculous fee, but I'm leaving negative reviews everywhere to properly reflect my visit and interaction with this place.

Dr. O'Neill remove a bone hip from Opie's hip and also addressed the injury with Stem Cell and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. Opie's recovery has been remarkable. I know that Dr. O'Neill had an amazing success rate but seeing is truly believing. It's so nice to have my dog walking without discomfort.

Our animals are part of our family just like most people that have animals, we love them dearly and…read morewould give a kidney to them if we could and they needed it. My cat, Charlie is a big part of our family and we took him to Kitties and Kanines today because he hasn't ate or drank anything in 3 days, I was able to squirt some Pedialyte in his mouth last night, he has lost so much weight, his coat is dull looking where it's usually shiny and he's shedding an ungodly amount, I explained this to the nurse, Daisy when we went into the exam room, she was very rude, and lifted up on the nape of his neck and said well he has to be eating something because he's not dehydrated, Charlie is not even moving, barely has the energy to lift his head up, she was very argumentative with me, did not want to listen and we all know that if you love your animal then you know your animal and you can tell when they're sick or something is wrong and you want to know that when you have to take them to get checked out, you want it to be with someone who you trust has your animals best intentions and someone who actually listens to you because no one knows your animal like you do, the last thing you need is someone telling you that your animal is eating when you know otherwise. Evidently the actual vet thought different about him being dehydrated because they gave him fluids. XxI have been to this clinic a few times and haven't had a bad experience until today, the ladies up front are super nice and there was also a nurse named Alex who was very nice and very informative when it came to Charlie. If I would have to guess, I would say that I'm not the first person who has had a bad experience with Daisy, but hopefully I am the last... Please learn some manners because this has made me second guess bringing any of my animals back here if there is people like Daisy that is supposed to be caring for them.
