ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I stood in line for over 20 minutes to check in just for them to say "oh, we aren't taking walk ins and haven't for awhile". We took our sick Bloodhound in to this Clinic, on Tue after Labor Day, he had been sick throwing up foamy stuff, Very ill and lifeless! He wasn't even 2 yet! They did X-rays said he had a swollen spleen, may have to open him up, so Something may be lodged in his stomach, he wanted to run dye through him to see if they could determine what was causing the issue, they did that, then said it was ticks, they bathed him n gave him meds for ticks, they kept him for 3 days n sent him home he seem to do fine the first day then sick again throwing up, wouldn't eat if he did it was no more than a hand full of food. Still throwing up, we took him back first thing on Monday, they started an IV and kept him 5 days, they gave him steroid shot just to make him feel less pain, within 45 minutes of bring him home he was sick again on Friday, by Saturday morning I talked my husband into taking him to the ER in FS but he called Hubbs Clinc"Dr Ford" to tell him he was taking him to the ER, Dr. Ford " Oh no don't do that meet me @ the clinic and I'll look at him again" He said he still had a swollen spleen wanted to keep him and open him up on Monday, well by that afternoon he called and said Harley had died! Oh how devastated we were/ are!!! He let our dog die, he didn't want us to take him to ER because they would see he had Not been getting the proper care or meds that he should have had him on! The staff was not the most friendly people I have ever met and Dr For was dry and had No personally! He opened him after Harley had died @ our request and said he spleen was still so swollen that it caused his guts to twist and ruptured! He Let our Harley die! He may be good on large live stock but certainly Not small animals! This is dog #2 that this clinic let die on us!!!! I've don't my reach and dogs can recover from tic fever and a swollen spleen with proper care that Harley DID NOT get at this Clinic! I wouldn't take them a potted plant in fear they would let it Die! read more

Paid approx 1200 dollars in total for a dogs broken leg. The cast was wrapped too tightly, constricting bloodflow and cause head rash on my dogs leg. The leg withered and didnt recover, and the bone never healed. Now I get to pay for an amputation, but it wont be with them. Do yourself and your pets a favor and take them elsewhere. read more

This is the best clinic I have come across. I drive and extra 25 minutes just to come to Hubbs. It took me a long time to find a friendly staff and vets who were genuine. I know a lot about my dogs, their health, their breeds, etc. I don't like when someone things I'm uneducated on things. Hubbs listens to me, corrects me if I'm wrong, talks to me, helps me learn more, explains things, and always in a kind, helpful manner. I usually just see Dr. English, which is a wonderful man. Great personality, helpful, truly cares for your Animal and wants to figure out what is going on. My dogs adore him and I think he loves them, too! Dr. Ford, I have seen a few times and he is as well great! Very kind and well educated. I've seen Dr. Hubbs the least, but he is still a good vet. They have an amazing system between the three vets. They are all experienced and are there to help you and your animal(s) in need. I couldn't say enough positive things about this place. I've never had a complaint. The vet-techs are always wonderful and the ones who weren't, don't stay long. They are kind, loving, and warm people. Everyone. Though Hubbs is out of my way and in a different town, I will continue to go to this clinic. I recommend them to everyone. Great facility. Great people. Loving, compassionate, and genuine. What more could you ask for? (And the prices aren't bad. I've never had issues.) read more

I took my cat in with an extremely bad injury to his back leg. He was examined without any compassion. They jerked him around by the nap of his neck. They made statements like: "it is just a cat". They did not do a thorough exam. They did an x-ray and it was broken. I took my cat to another vet and found out he was also missing toes on his foot. The vet did not see this as all. I started using Hubb animal clinic in 1980 with J.D. Hubb, at my mother in laws recommendation. That was the father. Then we started using Dr. Randy Hubb. He still treats our animals, large and small. He was the only one that could cut our donkey's hoof. He has healed some and sadly we have lost some, but he has been a constant. He was there to help me decide to put my colt down after snapping a leg, putting my mare down when she was to old to eat, and when my dog couldn't walk, because of a back injury, he helped me make him well. trust when I say that Dr. Randy has the patience of a saint when I had to carry Ralphy everywhere for over a month and was constantly pestering him for help, he did not give up. When I adopted a deer to young to eat because the mother couldn't feed twins, Dr. Randy taught me to be the mama. Right down to adjusting formulas for a fussy stomach and rubbing his bottom to go to the bathroom.(who Knew). When my yorkie did a spiral break to his leg and I thought we would have to amputate it was Dr. Randy that found the solution. Like all clinics there are good Doc's and there are bad. I like Dr. Greene. I don't know the new Dr. but I can tell you with certainty that you will NEVER find a better vet than Dr. Randy and that is not a one time visit but 36 years of experience. Yes I have had dealing with other vets. ( I can recommend the Blackcreek Vet Clinic in Middleburg, Fl.) But to trust my treasured animals, I continue to count on Hubbs Clinic. read more
