Wasn't sure what was causing the bad grinding/vibration kind of noise. After having no luck calling two Harley shops and a private shop, I talked to the guys at Blue Collar Customs. They said they know what it's like to be traveling and brake down. We got the bike to them just before closing and they got right into it to find the problem. After finding that my drive belt had some teeth missing, they called a bunch of contacts to find a new one in stock. We drove to Phoenix to get the new belt and back to Blue Collar to drop it off so they would have it Saturday morning. They put the new drive belt on, new seals and fluids to have it ready for me before close that day. Jim & Chayne were awesome and completed the flawless repair as quick as possible so I could continue with my travel plans. They went beyond normal customer service to help a stranded biker.

Isaiah in service kept me updated on the status of my buggy which I really appreciated. Upon picking it up today, Trey in service walked me through everything on the new Rugged system and additional questions I had. He was great and extremely helpful. I've had a 100% positive experience with GoAz. There are a lot of options when it comes to dealerships, but Im telling you, Leon the manager to sales with Derick & Brian and service with Isaiah and Trey made me a life long customer of GoAz Prescott Valley.

They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

I explained this to bill I presume is the owner. He tells me come on in we will help you out. But it'll be about 930-1000am which I said is fine it was currently just after 9am. When I arrived bill asked what I needed I explained I was the guy who just called about chain problem. So he proceeds with an attitude, I can't help you out we don't have time for that. So I asked what if I bought chain could I borrow or rent the grinder to cut down new one. Bill said NO! So I told him thanks for wasting my time and I will put this on my blog and walked out. Once outside I started taking pics of the store to post. This is when bill came running out screaming at me to leave his property. I laughed and said absolutely no point in staying at this junk yard lot. Absolutely disgusting the way this shop treats customers.

I called several shops around Prescott and Prescott Valley, but most either didn't answer or pushed me to voicemail. Full Speed Motorcycles actually picked up the phone, listened to what I needed, and got me in that same afternoon. They got right on it and diagnosed my bike, and didn't waste any of my time. They even noticed my clutch needed adjustment and dialed that in for me. I was back on the road with what felt like a new bike and the clutch adjustment is amazing. I've dealt with shops all over the country during my military years, and the customer service and workmanship at Full Speed Motorcycles is some of the best I've experienced. No upselling, no wasted time, just quality work done right. As a general rule of thumb, I don't give 5-stars on a first review, but I've since brought the bike back for additional upgrades and have been consistently impressed every time. I have done business with Outdoor Sports twice first time was definitely a good experience. The…read moresecond time ,and last time, was not. I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Now I live quite a few miles away from Prescott Valley and was trying to get the most value for my money as anyone would. Well I used them anyway but will not again. Have more to say about them but will hold my opinion.
