I am very glad that I did, Matt is a wonder and really cares about his patients. Using a technique called needling turned my treatment in a new direction and worked. I requested information regarding the bad reviews I had read online. As I work in elder care in another state, I always say to look up the community, but also to ask the community about the reviews. They had been completely up front and honest with me. They are under new management and doing big steps to make changes and it shows. The nursing managers and staff have been wonderful, very understanding about me not being close by and getting updates to me as we figure out the best way to care for her now that she is no longer able to be home. One of the CNA's got my grandmother a christmas gift and when I spoke to my grandmother on the phone that evening, she was so happy about getting the gift. I know the struggle of needy family members; I am one of those family members. The staff at this facility have done nothing but supporting my grandmother and myself during this time. Along with my also very needy and sometimes overwhelming family. We love her very much and could not be happier. As she has only been in the community for a short time, unless something changes in a big way I do not see us being unhappy with this community. But I fully believe in honest reviews so if that does change, I will update with a new review. I cannot thank them enough during this time for caring for her when I am unable to be by her side. The best physical therapy in Madison! I've seen Jeff for chronic upper back pain as well as…read morenumerous sports injuries and could not be happier. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals, really thinks about the issue, and comes up with a realistic plan that has me feeling better asap. Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. I'm so grateful to Pro pt for keeping me healthy and doing the activities I enjoy, I recommend them to all my friends, the people at my gym, servers at restaurants, anyone who needs or might need a physical therapist!

He was the second doctor working in a building with a physical therapy clinic that steered me there. They are extremely thorough, knowledgable, and take all the time necessary to make sure they understand your issues. And the follow up to fine tune the treatment is also exceptional. I currently go to their office in Cross Plains, and it deserves as much praise as the home office.
