This is clearly untrue and incorrect because I have returned multiple products in multiple Walgreens in the past by producing the credit card I purchased the item with. Maybe she was having a bad day. Not sure why she is telling customers incorrect information regarding the return policy for the Walgreens chain of stores. Hands down the single worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They repeatedly "lose" my…read moreprescription orders, placed online and I have online info that it would be ready at a certain day and time. Go there and wait in line endlessly only to be told that they don't have the prescription or it is not ready and could I come back 30 minutes later or even another day. I live in a different town and this is unacceptable. So, I have learned that I must call ahead to verify it is ready. But then the phone is endless waiting and many times then call is disconnected. The pharmacy is chaos. Completely disorganized and a mess behind the counter. I have never had such horrible customer service as at this place. Either the pharmacist is incompetent or they are so understaffed that they cannot deal with the workload. I called corporate and voiced my concern today. Sincerely doubt anything will be done as this situation has been the same here for years. If I could find a relatively close pharmacy which is on my insurance provider list, I would switch in a heartbeat.

I have been to this pharmacy…read morethree times now and it has taken a minimum of 30 minutes every time, just to pick up a prescription that was ready. Today's visit took 45 minutes for a scheduled booster shot. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork, but waited 10 minutes in line, took 5 minutes to get registered, waited another 20 minutes for my paperwork to be ready for me to fill out, then waited another 10 minutes because a person who had a later appointment than me got his paperwork immediately and got to go ahead of me. As I sat there waiting for my paperwork, I witnessed one lady being Waited on for at least 20 minutes...leaving only 1 window open. At least 8 to 12 people were hovering around the pharmacy waiting for their prescriptions and to be waited on The entire time I was there. I have been to many other Walgreens pharmacy's and have not witnessed this slow of service. This is not an isolated incident, every time I go there...no matter what day or what time of day this Is what you will get.
