Manager Corrin at 12 noon on 1/25/24 showed a very low level of customer service. Not willing to accept a return of a product purchased from Walgreens, even though I showed her the credit card used to purchase the item clearly sold by their store and on their shelves. She became very snooty and apprehensive explaining that she would only take back the product if manufactured by the Walgreens store itself. This is clearly untrue and incorrect because I have returned multiple products in multiple Walgreens in the past by producing the credit card I purchased the item with. Maybe she was having a bad day. Not sure why she is telling customers incorrect information regarding the return policy for the Walgreens chain of stores. Will return the product at another more reputable Walgreens that does not hold contempt against their customers! read more

Great customer service! I was greeted right away! Even though, they were 30 minutes out to fulfill my prescription, they worked hard and fast and got it to me in 15 minutes. I was told about coupons to help me as my insurance does not cover prescriptions. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick! I felt cared about, and left feeling better, even before taking the medicine to help my eye infection. Human love and caring goes a long way! Thank you! read more

I'm 41 and have been going to Walgreens most of my life. I've never known a buissness, let alone a pharmacy, to be so bad. They used to be okay, but now, if I want a prescription theyve had days to fill, I would have to go there to ask them to fill it, then wait 30 minutes minimum, EVERY TIME. Multiple times telling me insurance wouldn't cover my medication, wven though they had my insurance info already, so have multiple times had to ask them to run it again, for thwm to tell my family member or I, "its covered." Many times. Not just a few. Mmkay. Who has time for this? So stressful. Or waiting until I was there to tell me they didnt have it or couldn't fill it after days of having the prescription. Waiting on hold at least a dozen times forever. I was recently told when it would just hang up on me, "Thats what it does for everyone now mame, so it's not our bad buissness practices." Never happened at any other Walgreens. Always got a phone call or could see on update of insurance issue or not in stock. Ive seen similiar complaints. My family deals with the same thing. Going without necessary medications for days, if not a week. Sick. I won't write a bad review, unless there is consistent severe problems that have cost me real hardship and trauma. Rude and passive aggresive employees. Understaffed. Treat you like a drug seeker, no matter the medication. Myself and family members waiting hours to days for prescriptions our doctor needs us to have immediately, or ASAP. Requesting a new prescription from your doctor for no reason, that you didn't ask for? Yes, they do that. I got a prescription I need for Fluconazole today, but the Walgreens I love was out of stock. I cringed, because I had to request from this Walgreens. What do they do when my prescription is sent to them from another Walgreens that's close by? They requested a refill of an old prescription for Flucanazole from my doctor, wasting my doctors time and making me look bad, instead of just filling my new prescription they already had from the same doctor, that's obviously transferred from a nearby Walgreens. My mother went to get it. I have a skin condition that's bad, so I needed it right away. It goes to them, but at least over half an hour later, apparently putting already individually packaged medication was too hard. Exhausted, she had to yet again wait. They have horrendous customer service. You do not feel part of a community as a local when going here. You don't want our buissness. Got it. I could go on. I do wonder if some of this weird and accusatory behavior came from a new pharmacist that started there. He seems like he'd like the whole social credit score thing for everyone but himself. That kind of person. Save your self! Run away from this dumpster fire, that takes their own personal problems out on anyone they decide might be a problem. It's sick. read more

Yes I am writing a Five Star review for a Walgreens, This may be the cleanest Walgreens I have even been in. The people working there are nice and the shelves are stocked. Plus they have lots of free parking. This is, in fact, as good as a Walgreens can get. read more

Clean, bright, and open 24 hours. I've been to this location on a couple of occasions - once years ago when I busted my toe in the wave pool at a resort, and more recently for some hotel provisions. For how crazy and hectic the Dells can be, this store has always been clean and well-organized. It's definitely a larger Walgreens location and they've got a little bit of everything. In addition to the typical selection of groceries there is a decent selection of grab-and-go food as well. Prices seem normal despite being in the center of a town filled with tourist traps and they've got a drive-thru pharmacy for your convenience. If you need an array of items but don't want to brave a big-box superstore Walgreens would be a solid bet. read more

Twice now, this location has had what we needed when we realized that we forgot items at home. It's slightly more expensive than some other locations I have been to, but I guess it's all about supply and demand. They charge more because they can. But thanks to Walgreens, my husband didn't need to go w/o deoderant the entire weekend we were visiting the Dells. So that deserves four stars right there! read more

Never fails we end of stopping at this Walgreens when we are visiting the Dells... either for a first aid item or for some quick groceries to make breakfast at whatever nearby resort we are staying at. Nice selection and a convenient location. read more
