Repair a hole in our front porch and made it far better then it was before he started, replace both of our bathroom faucets, repaired/replaced damaged drywalls from plumbers, repaired some wall crack damage from the last pair of earthquakes we had, helped patch the roof after we found it leaking. He has always been fair and honest with his estimate in the time it would take to repair and determined the best way to fix anything we've asked. I called Nick at HandyBoyz. I am VERY glad I made that call. He showed up on time and was respectful of my property. Nick put a new roof on my Pergola for a a little less than half of what the awning company wanted. He worked fast. He did a clean job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. It ended up being more work than he had originally thought, yet he kept true to his estimate. This my yelping friends is what is known as INTEGRITY. He is skilled and it is obvious that he has the experience to tackle virtually any home maintenance task. For example, at numerous points where there was a decision unto how to tackle a challenge during the job he conferred with me first. Nick and Max of Sam's Handyman Services did an amazing job of installing our new garbage disposal…read more They came over with their tools and expertise and had the old disposal out and the new one in place quickly. We felt like we were not able to diy this job and Nick and Max had a reasonable price for the work and didn't make us feel bad that it was above our skills. Nick communicated with us through text and kept us informed during the whole time he was scheduling and working on the job. They were tidy during the work and respectful of our kitchen tile. Nick even offered to take our old disposal and dispose of it. They left our kitchen very clean after their work. Nick said if our disposal leaked to contact him and they would come back and fix the leak as part of the job. It did leak and they came back the very next day, added some stuff they picked up on their way to our house and took the whole thing out and reinstalled. It has not leaked since they were last here. We were very impressed with their expertise and customer service and are going to have them do some more jobs at our vintage home. It has been challenging for us to find reliable and reasonable handyman services and are grateful for Sam's Handyman Services with Nick and Max.
