I highly recommend Adlan and Fast Quality Services. I'm pretty handy and was attemting a DIY project to hang some racks from my garage ceiling. Apparently the ceiling in my garage has uneven spaced joists and some are metal, making it very difficult to locate secure anchor points (other contractors have struggled unsuccessfully to install garage door openers due to the same issue). I went through three stud finders and numerous false starts before I called Fast Quality Services (I assumend that someone would have to cut away the dry wall to locate the studs, and I didn't want to tackle that). Adlan came out, took his time to go through the instructions from the rack manufacturer so that he knew what needed to be accompished, and within a couple hours had all six anchor points securely mounted.
