I have a 2 1/2 acre property with next to no landscaping which is a perfect breeding ground for mustard plants! The back half was completely covered with dead mustard plants and was completely impassable. I posted a job on Yelp and Thorson responded within 30 minutes. We talked briefly on the phone and then he did a site visit that same day. Roughly 2.5 hours from the time I posted the job he was here to give me an estimate. This rating is based on customer service rather than actual service. Scheduled a service and sent all info and was cancelled on 20 minutes before he was supposed to be here because 'I am too far and not paying enough'. I understand I am far in the country, but as a business owner you should figure that out when I gave you my address, not at the absolute last minute. So now an entire day has been wasted when I could have had a professional come out, and cancelled other potential landscapers because of our standing appointment.
