I informed him via text AND A PHONE CALL that I was not going to wait until Monday and told him that he didn't have the courtesy to call me and that I'd be giving him and his company a bad review. He got angry with me and began yelling, so I had to hang up. I then called 2-10 and got another contractor to respond to my service request. I get an invoice of $675. Jarring from the $200 quote, but i should have asked. My main problem is there was a $175 trip charge that was never mentioned in our many texts. When I asked him to provide me a screenshot of the trip charge quote, he could not. Buyer beware.
