When I went for my first visit at shoreline vision I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to them. I never want to feel the way they made me feel ever again. The front desk women were rude and made snarky comments about me. The moment I left I told myself I would never return to their office for my eye care. I have had contacts and glasses for 19 years and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. 11/10 would not recommend! Even in my few times after my appointment they have been hard to work with over the phone. Later I went online to order my contacts my address was wrong on my billing and delivery. I was told nothing else and ushered out into the waiting room. I then asked the secretary if I could get a written list of when I should take these. She rolled her eyes and was extremely rude and told me I would have to wait for a half an hour until the doctor became available again. A nurse finally came out and went through the medications with me. After going back to my primary doctor I was informed that this secretary had added "asks alot of questions" to my medical record. At that point I blatently refused to go back to that office. I had been there twice before and had been treated like pond scum by this heavyset secretary. There is no excuse to have such a person working in a place where people already in pain are looking to get some relief.

My time is important too. I understand that things happen to alter schedules and appointments however, why over schedule too many people and make them wait and wait?
