Can't remember what the name of the option was but at the car wash it would be called "the works." Great experience. They put a warm pad across my shoulders, gave a great exfoliation and massage, then polish. When they took me to the dryers, I was offered a shoulder and back massage while my nails dried. I've read a lot of reviews on Yelp saying how this shop is so overpriced. However, I know the materials they use are much better than what cheaper salons use. I usually get my gel nails here and they last for so long. The workers KNOW how bad acrylics are for your nails so instead they use gel extensions. Also, the place is super clean and well kept... not to mention very quiet and spacious! I love coming here to have some time for myself. I figure that people who complain about price or the management, 1. don't understand how expensive equipment and materials for HEALTHIER nails actually can be and 2. are racist because the workers have to speak in another language. I had a few hours between 2 appointments and this place was recommended to try. I'm glad I did! My manicure lasted for 10 days before it had its first chip! I'm not sure if it's the new Sally Hansen nail polish I just bought and used or if it was the tech who applied it but I was very happy with my nails and would def go back. Worst nail set I have ever had. The process to lengthen my nails was so painful. I explained that my nails were weak and brittle from wearing acrylic for so long, but the nail tech completely disregarded what I mentioned. She was extremely slow and not accommodating. The amount of time it took for her to lengthen my nails and shape them, I could have gotten a full set and been out of the door somewhere else. Found this place through Yelp as last minute nail stop. My sister and I got spa pedis and gel manis. Spa pedi suppose to include a 10 min foot massage and literally the massage was about 2 min, 1 min per foot and was rushed. Mani was one of the worst ones I've ever experienced where parts of my nails did even get any polish. Lumpy, and my skin had leftover dried up gel polish. The shape was whatever she wanted and didn't even take into consideration to ask me what I wanted. My sisters toes were trash my 5 year old niece could have done a better job. Don't get manicures here!!!!!!!! 7 nails chipped within the first night of getting it done. I got a pedicure with the same color (blanc) that looks great- the man did a great job! Sue on the other hand did not. I went back within 24 hours to get my nails fixed. I have never had 7/10 nails chip on the first day. She tried to blame me. "I told you white wasn't a good color" and first of all no she did not say anything of that sort the day before. I said "maybe it's because you did only one coat" which she answered with my nails are too short and the color is too thick. Huh??? I get this color all the time at other places and it lasts at least a few days..... Next she tells "if it gets messed up again I can't do it for free next time". Oh and they already chipped again. I started going here around March and the first time I went I thought they were pretty good, it just took a LONG TIME (like an hour and 45 for a fill) and I just kept going out of comfort and what not. It takes forever every single time and they're over priced like $50 a fill. Progressively the quality got worse, my coffin nails were wonky. I am really disappointed after my last visit to Spazio Nail & Spa. I've been going there for biweekly manicures for about 2-3 months now. I was actually surprised at how long my nails lasted so I kept going back. Today I walked in for a manicure after going to the gym. My manicure was started by a very nice woman but after about 5 minutes she was ushered to go do a pedicure instead. I in turn was moved to a male tech. I understand that people probably had appointments and I didn't but it was a little annoying. It was clear the new tech could care less about what my nails looked like because he did a sloppy job of cleaning my cuticles, filing my nails, and applying the polish/top coat. My nails look worse than if I had just done them myself at home. I know my $15 isn't going to make or break them but I refuse to go back to a place that doesn't care about ALL their customers, just the ones who get the more expensive services. read more

This five star review is for the wonderful pedicure I had today. John did my pedicure, and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. I would pay to do it again just for the massage (which was a good 5 minutes on each leg!!). There was so many extras in the regular pedicure-they used lemon and I assume Cocoa butter to rub into the legs, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax on the heels. Even when he washed my legs I felt like he really just wanted me to enjoy the time and it showed! Definitely worth the $25. I recommend! read more

I came in as a group of 4 getting ready for my friends wedding the next day. The service was ok. I found the owner (I think it was, maybe just the manager?) to be quite the tyrant. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and she kept trying to get me started with the pedicure. I explained to her four times that this was a special occasion and I would like to wait until 2 when my friend gets there. I could understand if it was busy but there were only two other customers in there. There was nothing really special about this manicure and pedicure considering what they charge. There was no special lotion, massage, etc. Finally, as we finished up and went to leave the same lady comes up to me and tells me I didn't pay. She said "the old lady paid for herself and her (pointing to my friend) but you didn't". In fact, I had paid as well as tipped. I told her I'd show her my receipt, not even touching on the fact she referred to my friends mom as the old lady, and she starts looking through my purse with me!!! I went here the first week it opened and ironically, Jessica is from my childhood area. We instantly clicked. They are pricier then the average salon but their products and service compensate for the price, you get what you pay for. I went to other places over the next few months in between and it wasn't even close to the service and quality. In fact, Danny noticed the damage that the one nail salon did to my nails and he helped me grow out the peeling and thinning that occurred from it. No one ever says that these take way longer to soak, and I felt like it was ultimately my fault for not knowing this bc several of the employees were talking about it and were annoyed. I told them on the phone that I needed a soak. They should ask if its gel or SNS! Just something I think the salon should do in general. This would have saved us all the headache of the problems that ensued bc then I would have booked an earlier time. Wow- this place is awesome and definately what I have been looking for in the area. It's large, CLEAN,not overly crowded . My pedicure was awesome!!! So many things that you will only get with typical upgrades at other salons. I was totally impressed. Only downfall was that the massage function on my chair didn't seem to work, but the chair was comfortable and the great leg massage more than made up for it. My gel manicure went great as well. Very disappointed. Watch out for bacteria or fungus. I tried going here more times than I should have giving benefit of the doubt. I had a nail fungus on one thumb and that's just about grown out. I finally decided to go somewhere new and when they took my polish off I now have two thumbs with fungus under the nail. Worst part is I told my manicurist when I was there last The nail felt lose like the other thumb did and I trusted them. I was wrong. I stopped in here during an errands run for a pedicure. Now it'll be my new favorite spot. The place is super clean and modern. Great colors to choose from. My pedicure was amazing. Nice long massage, really took their time and had multiple steps- from oils to scrubs and hot rocks. I felt so relaxed and clean after! And obviously the pedicure looked great after!
