The title is "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Caps," not "Cap," implying the listing is for more than one cap. All of the product photos display 4 caps. You can buy a pair of these caps in new condition for $50 elsewhere, and pre-owned for less than that. Based on the title, photo and price for the listing for this item, I expected to receive the 4 pre-loved Pandora end caps pictured. The listing page for this item does NOT state that this is "estate jewelry" or not returnable. I believe most visitors to this website, like myself, come from a search engine after finding an item they are interested in and would never have a reason to navigate to the pre-loved Pandora page which lists additional terms of sale!! Item-specific terms of sale should be on the product page or easily accessible from the product page. I did read the terms and conditions link from the bottom of the product page, and nowhere on that terms and conditions does it say that Pandora, or for that matter, Estate pieces, are not returnable. On the return policy page, it does say "we do not accept returns on items purchased during promotions or sales," however, I believe an exception should be made in this case because the listing was misleading. The product photo should have ONE end cap and the title should read "Preloved Pandora Shimmering Open Bangle End Cap". I would like to return this product and receive a refund, but have been refused by the shop both times I asked. They said: "It's stated in multiple places on our website that we don't accept returns on any estate pieces, which by definition is any pre-owned jewelry. The return policy states both this and the fact we also don't accept returns or exchanges on pieces that are in a sale or promotion - which Pandora is and is tagged as such." I always said I would never do this but I feel compelled to write this one that is how bad they treated me. I have been a customer for years and will no longer buy from this company again. So long of a customer I bought the first generation Air Jordans there. I spend tens of thousands a year on sporting goods. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered an item and they are still processing the order, they used my old address to ship to even though I had pulled it off their app months ago. I placed the order at 2am noticed they used my old address even though I didn't have it in their system anymore and called them to correct it first thing in the morning. They say they won't correct the order and they want me to contact the carrier to fix it. I can't contact the carrier because I am not the sender. So I said I just want a refund since it hasn't been processed yet and they won't give me one. They lost a serious customer for life over this one order. I never wish a company would fail but it seems like the only way this company can be corrected is by simply going out of business.

However, if not I would recommend Atwell's in Painesville or Sherwin Shooting Sports in Willowick as an alternative. Both have decent ranges and knowledgeable staff members.
