I purchased a pair of softball cleats, the same style we already own in sizes 2 and 3, but needed a 2.5 for the fall season. The pair that arrived was clearly mislabeled -- I measured the shoe and took comparison photos against the other sizes. Even the UK size marked on the cleat indicated a size 13, which corresponds to a youth size 1. Despite providing all this information, the store refused to issue a full refund. They did not reimburse me for the shipping charges both ways, even though the error was on their end. When I spoke with a manager, I was told to "let it go." As a business owner myself, I found this extremely unprofessional. I would never speak to a customer that way, nor would I fail to take responsibility for an incorrect product. I will not be shopping here again and would advise others to proceed with caution. read more

This shop is horrible! We ordered a bat online and get an email two weeks later saying they didn't have it in stock. I understand having to cancel the order but when asked what happened they started making rude comments about my kid. Not even sure where it came from. Definitely stay away from this company! I would give it a no star if I could, my bat stolen from front porch due to UPS misplacement of bat. So reached out to jesse and melissa to see if they could help me with a claim, I provided photos and neither one tried to help. They letter sent me an email trying to ridicule me calling me a liar , now I know they were upse5t because I made a claim on my own. What happened to customer comes first policies, these two did not lift a finger to try to help, I understand it was not their fault but UPS needed SPC sports to make the claim with them so that they can process the claim. Better hope you don't need to return anything. I tried to return an item (reordered a smaller size) and was ignored for 2 months. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received a refund that had an additional fee tacked for the original free shipping on the item that I returned (on top of the return shipping and the restocking fee). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the store policies. When I asked customer service about the additional fee, they were extremely rude and attacked me for complaining about a charge that was not disclosed to their customers beforehand. I tried to go out of my way to support an independent business, but I won't be buying from SPCsports again after this experience. read more

Absolutely crap customer service. I ordered a glove via their "make an offer" on their website. It showed as in stock and they also have it listed on eBay as in stock. Two days later with no response I called and after getting put on hold for 10+ minutes (the norm I'd come to realize) I was told it was shipped and they'd email me the tracking number. Of course I got nothing. I tried calling multiple times over the next couple days, always suffering through 10+ minute waits from the unfriendly lady on the phone. Now it's a week later and I finally call and wait on hold again only to get told it's on backorder and they'll refund my payment. What a joke. I made a purchase online and reached out to SPC SPORTS via email on day 30 (counting from the day noted on the sales receipt). The manager wouldn't honor the return because they count the return day as the date the package is received in their store and not the day the customer contacted them. Those purchasing online should be made aware of this clause because it's not noted in their return policy on the company's website. read more

I also bought a baseball bat online from this company and not only did they send the wrong size bat but they sent me a bat that was un wrapped with no warranty and claimed that I did not returned it with the wrapping so they charged me for that. Not a very honest company they are a third party thru Amazon so be wary. read more

Had to return a product because of the wrong size. So basically, I had to repurchase and wait for a refund. The returned item was never refunded and I had to constantly follow up. Got a refund 2 months after it was mailed back. Would only recommend purchasing if you know you won't need to exchange anything. read more

BEWARE!! Seller cancelled my purchase of a 'Buy It Now' item on eBay days after I had made the purchase. He said that all of his baseball bats of that type were stolen the previous week. The funny thing is that other sellers were asking a lot more than he was for the bat due to the high demand and low supply. Ordered well I advance for a Christmas delivery, tracked the parcels progress and despite it saying was in transit to customer it arrived after Christmas taking 3 days to arrive from London couriers. When it arrived there was an additional £11.33 to pay due to customs VAT and handling which had not been disclosed at point of purchase.
