All of the decent employees are no longer there and have been replaced by know-nothing, unfriendly or downright sullen sales associates. Online orders have gone from a 3 day delivery wait to 10 business days (do not believe the 5-7 business day wait posted on the website). All other gun shops in the area still deliver in 3 days or less. In short, this place caters to beginners and people who don't know any better. If you're a beginner and enjoy being taken advantage of, by all means go to Range USA. However, if not I would recommend Atwell's in Painesville or Sherwin Shooting Sports in Willowick as an alternative. Both have decent ranges and knowledgeable staff members.

Instead of trying to help out the local supporters of your business during an ammo shortage, they instead are taking full advantage of their customers. I can pay $50 a box at Silverado or $15 a box at big name store. Update: Man I must have really hurt some feelings, no need to get all butt hurt. It is a rare gun, and told me to take it to Gunrunner Auction in Burton, Ohio they hold an on line auction every month. At Gunrunner Auction I received the same response..... They were excited to see it!! I believe the auction starts on the 7th of the month and each lot of 50 run for 2 weeks.
