The front desk staff at the time I went was very hot and cold. First starting very defensive and not being kind that I was not aware I needed additional paperwork (I moved states) and then ending my saying they will do their best to help me. Overall unclear if I am going to go back considering I was highly frustrated with the communication and initial interaction (which is such a shame because the PTs seem to be knowledgeable).

This is definitely one of the bigger locations and there is often 2 or 3 patients being seen at once. This might be something that might bother you since you might end needing to flag your PT throughout your session. Thankfully my PT was always attentive so this was rarely the case.

During this time he did not tell me when he would start and he did not apply local anesthesia. And rubbed my head like I was a child. The braggadocio! The racism! Uhhh no. I'm 46 and No one has ever rubbed or patted me on the head. No PoC would ever. Perhaps God sent me there to teach.
