Immediately we noticed "Sum Ting Wong and Wi Tu Lo" when connecting the trailer to my truck's tow hitch. It was obvious we needed a drawbar with an alternate drop. I asked Carolos Martinez if he could assist and his performance was legendary. He first walked outside with us and sized up the trailer. THEN HE FITTED the suggested drawbar to insure the appropriate fit ALL WITH A SMILE! What really blew us away, was Carlos didn't simply stop at making a product recommendation. He took the lead to help me disconnect the safety chains, and removed the old drawbar himself. Then after installing the new drawbar he took his time, stepping back to view if the trailer sat at the proper attitude. THIS GENTLEMAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! We bought a 2021 Grand Design 297 RSTS during the covid pandemic. We ordered the trailer July 29 and picked it up October 23. The Grand Design factory was behind at first because of covid and, surprisingly, because so many people are buying travel trailers because traveling is safe and fun for the family! We had many elective items added afterward so we spent many hours on many days working with everyone. I would have picked up on anyone not being top notch, but I never did. They were as great (shockingly) from our first look at their trailers to our driving off the lot. And, because of more add-ons my husband chose, we will be back.
