BUT: *The rating for this place is not due to price though they were great about finding alternatives and cost saving options. Immediately we noticed "Sum Ting Wong and Wi Tu Lo" when connecting the trailer to my truck's tow hitch. It was obvious we needed a drawbar with an alternate drop. I asked Carolos Martinez if he could assist and his performance was legendary. He first walked outside with us and sized up the trailer. THEN HE FITTED the suggested drawbar to insure the appropriate fit ALL WITH A SMILE! What really blew us away, was Carlos didn't simply stop at making a product recommendation. He took the lead to help me disconnect the safety chains, and removed the old drawbar himself. Then after installing the new drawbar he took his time, stepping back to view if the trailer sat at the proper attitude. THIS GENTLEMAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Service dept scams at their finest. Took my car in for a recall and system update as my remote…read moreconnect - a paid service - was not working on my 2020 RAV4. The lady took my phone and tried to figure out if there was anything wrong with my phone as to why the remote connect was not working. I told her it needed a system update on my car - that's exactly what the customer service with remote connect told me. Later I get a call saying they think they know why it's not working and they need to do a 1hr diagnostic. To which I agreed thinking it was something other than the update that I originally asked for. When they call me to let me know it's done, I go in to get my car and they tell me it's a $200 bill. For what? The lady comes out and says it's for the labor for diagnostic. But then she said that it needed a system update and it cleared everything that was wrong. Well didn't I come in specifically for an update? Like what the hell are you talking about? So they made me pay for one hour of "labor" for them to essentially do what I told them needed to be done. A one hour diagnosis was completely unnecessary. 1) She didn't tell me there was going to be a charge and 2) why wouldn't you do the update first because that's what I went in for? And then if it didn't work run the diagnostic. Scammers.

Maybe with the oil change they can look over the engine and its vitals right? so i did just that. Upon arriving i met with a service guy named Hector. Real personable guy. He asked me what i needed. I simply wanted my oil changed. Well he assured me they could handle that. So i waited in thier new cozy building they just built and before i knew it(after a couple commercials on tv) My truck was ready and washed! I wasnt expecting that . he complimented me on keeping up with my truck maintenance. ha ha ha I knew it. I love my truck. But all in all. I had a great time there with Hector and he made me feel good. Ill definately take it back when i need my next oil change..
