My move out experience was frustrating and left me feeling like I was being given the runaround…read moreregarding my security deposit. I received written permission by text to mount my TV and pictures using screws, and I patched the holes before moving out. What concerns me most is that photos were taken to document the property's condition before my lease ended, while I was still cleaning and moving out. I finished cleaning and returned the home, including the garage door remotes, on the final day of my lease, yet I was later told the remotes were missing. I was also charged around 400 dollars for carpet cleaning, despite the lease stating the carpets are cleaned between tenants. Combined with the loss of a significant portion of my security deposit 2,695 for walls that were cleaned and patched, these charges did not feel fair, based on the condition in which I returned the home. I'd encourage future renters to document everything, in detail. And, maybe think twice about renting through this company." RCW 59.18.260 -- Security deposits and ordinary wear from normal use "No such deposit shall be withheld on account of wear resulting from ordinary use of the premises." Just be careful with Lindsey Montoya Mozeika very shady person if you ask me, I just got blocked also because why? I was standing up for myself! I encourage anybody and everybody else to do the same don't let these crooks get you! Make sure you take photos document properly and get yourself a good lawyer like me! Im getting a good one!

I'm very pleased with the grout restoration work at my condo. The technician named Derek…read more The previous tenant cooked frequently, so the kitchen floor grout had accumulated quite a bit of grease over time. In the bathroom, as we know, not every tenant wipes down the shower walls after each use, so the grout, bathtub edges, and caulking had also deteriorated from years of moisture exposure. The grout company did a deep cleaning, repaired the deteriorated areas, recaulked where necessary, and sealed the tile and grout. The kitchen and bathroom tile floors now look almost like new. I think this type of restoration is well worth the cost, particularly compared with replacing otherwise good tile. I especially like having the shower-wall grout professionally sealed, and their lifetime warranty on the sealed areas adds significant value.

This was a worst-case scenario. The installation used very expensive white marble from Ann Sacks…read morewith white epoxy grout from a company called Laticrete. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that their white grout can have a tendency to turn yellow over time. I also later learned that many professional tile installers refuse to use Laticrete white epoxy grout because of this issue. Because epoxy grout cures as hard as cement, the problem was extremely difficult to fix. To make matters worse, the contractor who originally installed it refused to fix the problem. I spoke with several professionals and was told that the only options were either to remove and replace all of the tile or use a grinder to remove the yellowed grout, which could chip and damage the marble. After doing extensive research, including using ChatGPT, Sir Grout was recommended as the best company for the job. There was only one person at Sir Grout who had both the experience to remove Laticrete epoxy grout and the willingness to take on such a challenging project. His name is David, and he is awesome. Not a single tile was damaged during the process, and he used a different manufacturer's white grout that will not turn yellow. Sir Grout also provides a one-year written guarantee on the grout work. In addition, the white tile itself had begun to show yellow staining, and Sir Grout was able to remove almost all of those stains as well. Needless to say, I will be using Sir Grout enthusiastically for any and all future projects involving tile or grout. "$8,844.00 is paid to Sir Grout Seattle, LLC.
