Especially in today's crazy market, you need an EXPERT who can navigate changing conditions as a pro! I have heard a couple of horror stories recently about people selling homes in this crazy competitive market where realtors really let them down. Tens of thousands were left on the table because of inexperience, lack of negotiation skills and playing it too safe. It made me realize I have failed lately to shout from the rooftops about my FAVORITE REALTOR -- Samantha Lamb w/Lake & Co.!!! I wish I'd done this sooner. I know if they had found her first, they wouldn't have ended up with strangers who didn't truly care about them! Today I'm going to make that right! First, here's why you should care about my opinion. Before I founded Evolve180 Weight Loss, I owned a mortgage brokerage and worked directly and indirectly with hundreds of agents over the years. Sam was the best realtor I ever worked with because of her integrity, professionalism and favorable negotiation skills on behalf of clients. She quickly became the ONLY realtor I felt confident referring my Seattle/Eastside clients to, and they all returned rave reviews. She works ONLY by referral and doesn't advertise. She's kind of like the speakeasy version of a real estate agent... you have to know someone who knows about her to find her. Her approach is to do such a good job for her clients that they all want to send their friends and family to her. Everyone starts out with trust. And her relationships with clients span many years - as has been the case with me. Out of the hundreds of agents I knew at the time, I Samantha Lamb to list all three of the properties I sold in the last decade. She exceeded my expectations in all cases. Her ability to navigate complex, changing market conditions was evident each time. I sold in 2011, 2014 and 2019 - all very different markets. Her advice was well-researched and strategic each time, and each transaction turned out better than I'd hoped - partly because she set real expectations, then did her utmost to exceed them. She includes complimentary professional staging and many other conveniences that make the process easy. Her advice throughout each transaction was like gold - especially when things became hard (i.e. post-inspection haggling during a buyer's market). I wish I'd been more proactive about sharing Samantha with my network. Professionals this stellar deserve recognition.
