I use this computer for my business and all of my files and documents I use to manage this business are now locked out to me on this computer that would not boot. I am not a big business supporter. So Geek Squad and their lack of customer service was a BIG NO! I like to support small local business's. I had never needed computer help before. I found Chris from a quick search on Maps and Yelp. I called Chris and he was very quick to offer solutions and ideas to solve my problem. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I was out of town. Chris was very quick, very responsive and was communicating options quickly. Essentially, within 36 hrs of dropping off my laptop, he had installed new hardware, software that he recommended and I approved. He stayed within my budget and his original quote. He provided me with a lightening fast upgraded computer, with all of my files and programs, turn key, ready to work on. I cannot believe the computer is the same I dropped off. If you are curious if you should call Chris for help with your computer needs/repairs, just make the call and let him work his magic. I am completely satisfied with the service and product. I drive a RAV4 and have had 2 different wrap jobs on my car in the past several years. I get bored of the color really quick and always want to change it. I've done the satin ghost pearl from 3M and the Inozetek army green--which is a more premium super gloss vinyl. I've never been disappointed either times and the labor cost is very reasonable compared to other shops when I shopped around. They stand behind their work and if there's any minor details that you want to add to your order, they'll handle it. They even suggest options to make your car look even better! I've also done the ceramic coating to protect the vinyl and I have to say, that alone is totally worth getting if you aren't doing a vinyl wrap. It makes getting your car wash so much easier!! Another great option to protect the paint/finish of your car from the elements. In all, if you haven't made up your mind as far as whether or not to use these guys; I highly recommend!
