I then waited 10 minutes for assistance, only to be redirected to another associate who never arrived. After an additional wait, I returned to the counter and experienced further delays. Throughout the process, I had to explain the issue multiple times to different employees, with no clear ownership or resolution. The manager appeared aware of the situation but did not intervene, and interactions across staff were disorganized and inefficient. Additionally, the manager's communication--both with employees and directed toward me--came across as unprofessional. I overheard other customer's comment on her tone and actions. After spending more than 25 minutes attempting to complete a simple task, I requested a refund.
