Unresponsive, No Follow-up, Stole my money Called Specialist N Flooring to order a box of luxury vinyl to finish floor project. The phone was answered promptly only to be greeted with, "I'm with a customer I'll call you back." I missed their return call about an hour later but they also sent a text message. I responded to the tex with the information on the flooring I needed. He gave me a price and requested that I pay via apple pay and that they'd have the flooring the following Monday or Tuesday. I sent the money and that's the last I heard from them. I never received a call letting me know the flooring came in. I got a hold of a warehouse worker which claimed he knows nothing. Even got a hold of Saul only for him to say he will check on the order and call me right back. Now my calls are not answered. Crazy to think there are businesses surviving out there that do this. Luckily for me I'm only out $90, but damn, who does this? Avoid this company. read more

Went in to the store a few months ago and met with Saul to come out and measure. He said no problem, he could come out the next day and measure. Waited the next day, the next day and the day after that and no Saul. Went back into the store and he recognized me and said he was busy with personal stuff and he would come out and measure. Never showed. Went to the store that last time and he finally came out to my house to measure...never heard from him again. Not sure what happened to this business, but they must not be hurting for money to do my 1,200 square feet downstairs flooring. Will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

Family and friends referred us here after they had great experiences with Raul, Raul Jr. and their team. We were no different. We replaced our very old carpet with tile throughout the entire house except the bedrooms. Raul assigned Victor, Luis, and Rigo to our project and we couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship. They also took great care with moving furniture around and even replaced one of our toilets which was found to be leaking after it was removed for the bathroom installation. I had flooring installed by Specialist n Flooring in Corona about 4-5 years ago and have been experiencing serious issues with the flooring lifting at the edges since last late 2025. Since the flooring came with a lifetime warranty, I contacted the company for support. I have reached out multiple times since October/November 2025 and have been repeatedly told by the owner, Rahul, that a warranty claim was submitted with the flooring manufacturer. However, there has been no follow-up and no resolution. Each time I contact him, there is a new excuse -- he's sick, he's following up, or he'll get back to me -- but he never does. I personally contacted the flooring manufacturer, Eternity Flooring, and they confirmed that they have responded to Specialist n Flooring. Despite this, Specialist in Flooring has failed to communicate with me or take any action. I spent over $15,000 on flooring throughout my home and have received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. At this point, I'm not even asking for anything unreasonable -- just basic communication and honoring the warranty they advertised. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. The installation may look fine at first, but when issues arise, don't expect support or accountability. read more

We had a massive slab leak that flooded our whole downstairs, everything was torn out. We'd only just completed a remodel of our house a few years ago - most of it we'd done ourselves, which means we understand not only quality work, but the amount of skill, patience, and attention to detail that goes into laying flooring and baseboards. Because of the situation, we didn't have time to re-do our floors ourselves, so we hired Specialist N Flooring because they were 1. competitively priced. 2. had a good reputation for quality installation. And 3. they could work with the timeline of all the other construction happening to repair the full scope of damage to my house. I'm verrrrry particular with the details, but as you can see from the photos, the install team was fantastic. We even had a sunken living room that my husband and I built up with floor joists to level it with the rest of the house, however there was one section where the concrete was slightly higher than our OSB board. The install team came in and ground down the concrete to insure perfect alignment between the two materials - without me having to ask. We have rounded wall corners, and instead of sandwiching the corners and pouring in caulking to fill the gap, they did a high-end edge that pleases me no end, and again, I didn't have to ask for it. When we chose tile for the laundry room, I said I didn't want one of those bulky transition pieces, and the install team had zero qualms with aligning the edges and building up the concrete to make it perfectly level with the wood. Of the 4 quotes we got this place had the lowest estimate. When it came time to pick a color we stopped by to borrow the sample board but it was misplaced or another customer possibly never returned it. Saul ordered every sample we considered. But even after that we were worried we may have missed a color we would like. He tried reordering a board but Mohawk had it on back order. So he borrowed one from a friend's carpet shop. When it came to installation we had Osvaldo on time. Thought it'd be 2 guys but he knocked it out pretty quick. Installation was smooth. Was happy with the result. Overall great experience. Horrible service. Apparently its family owned, Saul and his father have no integrity. They sold me left over materials different texture of carpet. Since they have been in business apparently for 40 years, clearly they have done this for years. It's called stealing. Also the fact that they open shop 30 minutes because they are short staff. Wow where do I start... From day one Saul the owner was very helpful. He pro used us with a very reasonable price. Even better from those we have seen in the Anaheim flooring warehouse stores. We had chose a porcelain wood look tile and he provided us with a great deal. When we went back to seal the deal we saw a newer Italian made wood look tile and he gave us the same price. We ended up going with about 2100 sqft of wood look tile and about 700 sqft of new plush carpet, and also 6" baseboard throughout the house. Saul was able to provide a great deal for tearing out our old 20 x 20 tile. I was really concerned about the demolition. Day 1 his crew arrived and they were very professional. I was so surprised that it only took them one day for demo. The 4 remaining days they were able to install all the tile, carpet and baseboards! The finished product was awesome! I could really tell the difference from our previous installed tile that was not quite level, but they really did a great job. Saul kept communication open throughout. Couldn't be more happier with outcome. We were really nervous due to the project being so large but all and all I would recommend Saul. He will work with you and count on their professionalism. So disappointed. I went in twice in person, and once through Yelp to request a quote and have someone come out to do a measurement for my floors. All of my attempts were completely ignored. I even requested and set aside a time for someone to come out; our time was wasted.. Out of all the companies I contacted this is the only one who would not respond.
