Joe, the owner is a master at what he does. He was trained in Germany on Mercedes and has all computerized high tech equipment. Insspection machines are connected directly to the state of Massachusette, So if your car fails inspection its because the comouter failed it. So if they recommend work it because that is what is needed for your car to pass.

Brought my electric car there this morning for an inspection sticker. When Larry put the Jack under my car, it looked like he went a little too far and was in danger of being on my battery. I said to him, I have a concern about the placement of your Jack, and this was confirmed when I heard a little crack when he lifted it. He said "I'm on the metal." I said yes that is the battery. You need to be on the lifting pad! He proceeded to say he can end the inspection right now and I can leave or I can let him finish the inspection. I said I would like you to finish, but I'm concerned that you're not on the lifting pad. He proceeded to end the inspection and came out and started yelling in my face, and physically pushing me off of his property while my car was still in his bay. The police were called in a report was written. If you would like damage done to your vehicle and to be physically assaulted when you state your concern, then I highly recommend and endorse Larry. Luckily, it looks like the battery cover was just scratched, and no real damage was done. But the potential was there.

The decal they made for the top of the windshield curved the wrong way and some of the letters were missing corners. I initially asked for a partial refund which Christopher Dyson immediately denied, blaming the installer. When I brought up the windshield decal (I even sent pictures that clearly illustrated the blatant error on their part,) I never got a response. NOTHING. No apology, no alternative solution...ZERO. They even lied at one point saying they were charged by the installer for the extra time it took to install the decals, citing that as the reason for not issuing me a refund. The installer showed me an email in which Dyson specifically denied authorization to be charged for that work because the installer had already completed the work. Hmmm...you say you can't give me a refund because you were charged extra but it turns out you weren't charged extra so why can't you give me a refund? Shoddy work ethics and lies. Not a company you want to do business with. I wish I could give them zero stars.
