I was in town for a work training event and had my new vehicle with me. I thought it'll be a great idea to get my windows tinted after work so I wouldn't have to try and find another day to do so once I was back in my home area. I called Vivid, they answered on the second ring, and gave me a quote over the phone. I told the gentlemen that I was in town and I had some time restrictions for work etc and I'd shop around and call them back if I decided to go with them. I waited about 15 minutes, thought about how up front and honest the guy sounded so I didn't even call around, I just called him back and scheduled the tint appointment. They were able to get me in the following day at 4:30pm. I brought my truck in for all windows including the windshield and him and his employee knocked it out in less then 2.5 hours. Another great service from Rob the man!!!! I just got my 2023 Lexus RC300 window tinted and gotten the rear trunk wrapped in black to match the hood and the roof. He did an awesome job. I just came in for a window tint and he suggested to get the rear trunk wrapped to match the roof and glad I listen to his suggestion. Rob @ vivid is the best. He uses only the nicest tint material and the warranty is for life. Sure there's places that might be a little less, but you get what you pay for. I don't think it's a good look on a car when all you see is bubbles in the tint. This doesn't happen with Vivid. read more

Honestly, the product and service are great, the folks are really nice and professional. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took very long. I dropped my truck off around 2:30 and was told at the counter it would be ready by 5 so I said "Ok, no problem, I'll just go wait at a Starbucks down the road as I have no ride atm" 5 PM came and went by, I didnt hear anything so I called around 5:30 to see what was up and was told they're still in the process of finishing things. My truck wasn't ready until 6:15 and I believe that to be entirely because of scheduling conflicts and them just being able to start on my truck late. My feedback for the business would be, you guys are doing great work but please try to be more cautious about scheduling and with customer's time. E.g. if you tell a customer 5 PM, note that down on the paper, and if you're going to miss that time, please give them a call/heads up that it's taking a bit longer than expected. EDIT: Decided to give 5 stars because the owner replied and was very receptive to feedback. Mishaps happen, I felt bad dinging them a whole star just for some scheduling stuff. read more

I wanted to tint the windows of my new car but I wasn't willing to travel far. Lucky for me, Yelp found Vivid only 9 minutes from me. Robert answered most of my questions via Yelp very quickly and an appointment was made. Due to a late night, I was late but Robert still allowed me to roll thru. After about 4 hours, the back 5 windows were done in the ceramic tint. He showed me his other tint options and for a fair price, quoted me for my front windows in the near future. The shop is small and honestly quite cold so I wouldn't wait there. Luckily there's a lot of stores around to kill time. Or, just Lyft home like I did. The only problem I had was when they used water to clean off the rear window, they must of had the trunk open because there was some water puddles inside. Luckily I have a rubber mat so no damage done. At the end of the day, Vivid did a great job and were very professional. I will be recommending in the future. read more
