Everyone is very nice very patient and knows the answer to every question I've ever asked about how I need to package returns, time for delivery etc. The manager needs to be commended for running such a tight ship. I chose for them to cut for me which was an additional $5 to my quote. My quote for 5x7 prints a total of 10, was $11.90 plus tax. I picked up the prints the next day. It's a very convenient service. I arrived closer toward the end of their closing time on Saturday which is now 4pm and their machine was off so they couldn't provide me the receipt and said it would be emailed to me on Monday as they are closed on Sunday's. I was already shown the paper in person when I went the day prior so I knew which one I wanted. Which was the 100lb non glossy paper. I made my payment over the phone after being given my quote. I shared my card details with them. Since I plan on using them again, I filled out a form in person that would allow them to keep my card info on file.

I walked in and asked them if they could do a special project for my parent's 50th anniversary that was happening in two days. They listened and considered what I had to propose. They were able to deliver and the quality was TOP NOTCH. I had them use my parent's wedding picture from 1966 to make a stand up version of them. When I saw it I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like I was looking at my parents as 20 somethings. When my parents saw themselves from 50 years ago they were impressed. They had huge smiles on their faces through out the dinner. My mom even said she could not stop looking at how good they looked. Nish and Shah are two of the most amazing people to do business with because of how they care for their customer. They talk to you and hear you on what you want and do it for a price where both parties are happy. I feel as if I have made our community stronger by going with a local business rather than shopping online. See the pictures for the cut out. Office Depot came through with the exact ones that I wanted because of their larger size. This Office Depot location is in a large shopping center. All of the businesses share a very large and free parking lot, and parking spaces are always easy to find. When I walked into the Office Depot store, I didn't see any employees at any of the registers at the front, nor did I see any in the Customer Service area. Lucky for me, the signage at the end of every aisle was accurate. When I saw the "Labels" sign, I quickly found the name tags. As I was walking toward the front of the store, an employee saw me and asked if I was finding everything alright, which was a great thing. As I got closer to the front of the store, I was confused as to which area I was supposed to go to to pay for the name tags. An employee in the Customer Service area asked me if I was ready to check out, and did so efficiently. The only issue that I have with this store is that the check out area where I was supposed to go is confusing. The store is clean and organized. Merchandise in all of the aisles, except for the ones against the walls, are easily in reach for most people.

Why is a legally viable digital drivers license not acceptable in FedEx branches?
