I explained what was going on and that I was hoping to get the rug cleaned fairly quickly as we'd be going out of town the next week. He was able to come by the same day and take a look at the rug. His quote was very reasonable, but more important was the explanation of the quote. Mauricio didn't simply tell me what it would cost, but rather he explained the reason behind the cost, the processes that he'd be using to clean the rug, and made sure that I had full understanding of what would be happening throughout the process. The rug in question is very colorful and is the centerpiece of our great room, so it was very important to us that we not risk the colors fading or becoming discolored due to the cleaning process. I messaged a few carpet companies looking for the best one to help with puppy pee. I started looking around 6/7 pm (when all of them were closed). Mauricio and his brother Carlos came the very next day. He told me to just cover the stain with a towel and he would take care of it when he got there.
