I love the project feature on Yelp. I've had so much success putting the proper information out there and receiving "no-nonsense" prices offered by businesses on Yelp. CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. They weren't in a obvious place so I had no issues with them staying there. The couch smells better, looks like new and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work! read more

Messaged with the company on this app about scheduling an appt to get my couch cleaned 4 weeks ago. Date and time was confirmed. I sent my address and no response after. I called the company multiple times to confirm my appt because I never heard back. Calls went straight to voicemail and I left multiple voicemails. I messaged the company on yelp again and they responded that they can't schedule my appt anymore because they don't " service that area anymore". My appt was scheduled almost a month ago and it's supposed to be in 6 days. I wish they would've communicate this to me when the appt was scheduled. read more

This is an outstanding company. They don't try to upsell you or talk up powered water or dry cleaning, they simply get the job done and it looks clean and smells clean. Priscilla is an excellent communicator as well getting scheduled and staying alerted. Only carpet or tile cleaning company I have used for several years. read more

Needed carpet cleaned for an event in about a week. Called and gave approx room dimensions and got a price I could live with and scheduled within 2 days. Technician pre spotted the heavy areas and then cleaned tile and grout in master bedroom which need it. The extra charge was well worth it. Carpet looks great and dried daily fast with heater turned up and ceiling fans on. About 7-8 hours it was mostly dry. I would use Citrus Go again and have recommended to a friend! I have used CitrusGo twice and they were great--responsible and professional. I have attempted both by message and a couple of phone calls to reschedule them, leaving voicemails. Asked them if they could clean my carpets after sending them pics. Carpet was heavily soiled. Technician apparently said yes or so i was told. Worst $200 i ever wasted. Technician seemed rushed, could not speak English so well, and definitely didn't do an adequate job. No follow up by the office on service or Thank You for the business. Requested 4 quotes through Yelp and CitrusGo was one of the less expensive ones, but had the best reviews. We had not used them before, but reviews helped me make a decision. Easy to schedule, arrived on time. Was impressed with the thoroughness of the cleaning. Tech completed about 450 sq. ft. in about 2 hrs. (kitchen, hallway, laundry room, guest bath). The floors look amazing and I wish I had had them done sooner! Differences in photo colors also due to sunlight changes, but the difference is incredible.
