The confidence bore fruit. I got excellent service. He showed up on time. He was eminently professional, and he did his work quicker than I expected. And my dresser drawers slide better than new! That he guarantees his work for 1 year is like a second layer of icing on a cupcake: a wonderful surprise that makes it all the better.
