Berj and his team delivered!!! 5 stars!!! 1) Passionate/Loves what he does - At each stage of the process, he took the time to walk us through options from wood type, direction/how wood was going to lay, stain options, and finish. - When we were considering stain options, he even spent about an hour showing us how different stains would look on the floor. Even when we were about to reach a decision, he'd swatch another stain for us to consider vs. rushing us. 2) High Quality - Wood was delivered 3 days in advance so the wood would acclimate. Gee, no other contractor I spoke to brought that up. - Our existing conditions was tough. They had to demolished several inches of- tile, plywood, and old floors to get down to the subfloor. It was a lot of work but they did it! Other contractors might of cut corners, not them. - They were very deliberate about each decision/action. - Berj and his team are perfectionists! 3) Fast and Completed on Time - We agreed upon an aggressive start and end date and Berj and his crew met the timeline. It even snowed but they still showed up as promised. 4) Cost was very reasonable and came in under quote - We ordered white oak quarter sawn & rift and they were able to buy it at a better price than originally quoted. Cost came in below quote. - A big plus is that they didn't ask for more $$ for the tough demolition conditions. So awesome!! 5) Little dust and barely any smell - I'd come home every night, and think - wow, the place is so clean and I can barely smell the finish. And I am anti-smell too...I don't even go to nail salons because of the strong odors. There's no-little smell with the products they use. Amazing! 6) Left my home in perfect condition - They had to navigate several flights of narrow stairs bringing up the wood, heavy equipment, etc. and they left everything in perfect condition.
