Specialty store services offers an attractive price for custom bags, so I placed an order on 2/6 for custom retail bags and uploaded my artwork. On 2/11, they said my order was ready to be released, and that they needed an updated billing zip code. Fine, no problem. On 2/16, I emailed them to verify that they received the updated information. They said they would let me know when my order is ready. On 2/24, I receive an Email asking for artwork--- the first step I completed on 2/6. This means that not only are my bags not ready after 3 weeks, they weren't even ordered (although there was no issue in charging my card in full on the day the order was placed). Now, I have to find another (better) company that can actually follow through on its promises. Specialty store services is a terrible company that can't guarantee that fully paid orders will be properly received. Save yourself the headache and try Store Supply, KC Fixtures, or any other supplier who has a reputation of better service. It will save you a ton of money and headaches. read more

Horrible customer service. Deserve less than one star. Ordered a yellow marquee sign. Received a white one. Ordered an additional set of 300 letters to augment the default 176 that comes with the sign. Didn't get the 300. Are you sure? Yes. Did you check inside the sign? Yes - there was only the box of 176. Wasn't there another box? No - there was no box of 300 letters. Did the 300 come with the box of 176? NOOO! We counted them. Not only were the 300 not included in the default box of 176 - the default box only had 167 letters in it. We are missing one "S" and all eight of the "O's". How much longer before they finally send us what we paid for? read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Three weeks after placing an order online, I contacted them inquiring about an estimation of delivery. I received a response informing me that item was longer in stock and they would refund my money. How long until they were going to tell me this? No communication, no apology. BAD BUSINESS read more

In June I made a purchase of almost $600.00. I purchased 4 grid display units that fold up and store in travel bags. I purchased a couple extra storage bags to have on hand. Two of the bags that came with the grid displays were already damaged, so I opened up one of the replacement bags it was also damaged so I opened up another one it's not damaged but it does not fit the unit. I have contacted Joseph at the store sent every picture he requested they sent me new bags again the same replacement bags I purchased and they do not fit. Joseph has even acknowledged to me in a email they are the wrong bags and they have contacted the manufacturer regarding this. So today's email from Joseph he is acting like he knows nothing about it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOL. I plan on returning my whole order over this and never purchase from them again. Be careful when purchasing a product. Tried to purchase a replacement remote for there sign and was told because I did not purchase it from them they could not sell it. I would need to purchase a new sign and kit for $200. read more

If you're in the retail biz and need supplies this place is pretty awesome. You can call ahead and they can pull what you want while you're driving. Also, the employees are super nice. I will definitely be back time and time again. read more

I contacted the store in November 2019 and had the wrong items ordered. The numbers were similar, but it was my fault for the wrong item number. I contact the customer service and the lady said it will cost you more to ship the items back and she recommended that I keep them, but she would be happy to order me items that would work. Yeah, it wasn't her money. I said I will look into shipping prices and get back to them. Looked at the pricing and it was less than I paid so I decided to call back. Better not to waste them or toss them. When I called back to get the RA number they said it was now passed 30 days and you will need to pay a restocking fee. They were not helpful. Nothing was explained in my first call. I guess I will donate to the local thrift store or restore and see if they can use them. Will not order from them again, but not because of the product more the lack of communication, explanation and really...the agent recommended that I keep the items didn't help me. Lesson learned to ask more questions. read more

Despite their web site that indicates residential deliveries, they are not at all geared for that. They have nothing in place to deliver to inside a house, to unwrap the product, and to set it up...you know like when having furniture delivered to your house. In fact Steve, their customer service rep, indicated that their delivery subcontractors simply "drop off the items on the curb." And to a point, Sarah of SAIA, the delivery subcontractor for the trophy case that I ordered indicated much the same thing with "...at the door, not inside." The trophy case in question weighs 180 lbs, I'm 78 years old...like I'm going to lug that inside? And to a point, I paid extra when I ordered the trophy case to have it brought inside and set up. Steve, the customer service rep, is "working on it" even as I type. But even if he gets it fixed and a delivery is made inside, the one star remains as this whole thing has been a hassle and the representation that they deliver to residences is totally misleading...there's no resident of any house I know of who would be satisfied with a 180 lb product dumped on their curb side. read more

I was able to get everything from fixtures to bags to open my store and all at the lowest prices anywhere. Lisa, part of the showroom staff was patient and informative.
