I was doing a project re-carpeting and repainting my home, and I was starting to realize that all my color decisions were dependent upon a couch that I really didn't like. I went to several furniture stores, and really wasn't happy with my choices until I met Kim. She was more than willing to come to my home, look at the furniture I already had in place, and the paint and carpet samples I had on hand, to help suggest a new couch that could solidify a design concept. Her assistance was incredibly valuable... within a few days of her visit, I had chosen carpet, paint, and most importantly, ordered a new sofa! Kim was able to steer me to a product that was within my budget, and allowed for all the customization I could have wanted. I got to select extra firm bottom cushions, and a size that fit the space perfectly. Even more important, the fabric selections were terrific, and I found a material that had the exact feel I wanted, with the wear characteristics I needed. The ordering process was fine, and the new sofa arrived when predicted. And it is terrific! It looks nice (apologies, I am not a good photographer) in the room, matches all the other items well, and pulls the look together for me. Even better, this is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned! I fall asleep on it way too often, it is such a nice, comfy place to sit. As far as I can tell, this sofa (the Louise model) is incredibly high quality, is well made, and is more comfortable than I could have imagined. But more valuable was the design assistance I received. I am only exaggerating slightly when I say that I would have happily paid Kim for the design services, and she threw in the couch for free!

Andra Kossy is the best salesperson ever, and the manager, Mike, doesn't short-stop anything. In August 2026, I went to check out a dining room table and chairs that I had seen online. The moment I stepped onto the showroom floor, I was instantly mesmerized. They had an awesome sale going, and I ended up spending approximately 14 hours shopping over two days! My salesperson, Andra, was super patient and extremely accommodating. In the end, I gleefully purchased 15 superb pieces of furniture, which they delivered to Wisconsin for a reasonable extra fee. The delivery and setup by Brandon and Guillermo were absolutely perfect. I originally went back to Dania because I never forgot my first experience there. Back in 2008, I was living in Oak Park, IL, had just sold my house, and wanted new furniture. A friend spoke very highly of them, so off I went. Their customer service was excellent, and the furniture was high-quality and reasonably priced. To make matters even better, their delivery and setup were awesome. I was so pleased that I never forgot the experience--in fact, I still have the bedroom set and bookcases I purchased back then! Fast-forward to August 2026: now living in Wisconsin, I recently purchased a condo and needed a dining room table and chairs. I looked locally, but all I could think about was Dania. Once we were locked and loaded he set up a program of massage head to toe. These chairs run 9k-12k (way out of our price range), but we appreciated the experience. We also talked to him about the Tempurpedic mattresses and laid down on some of the beds. I am in the market for a new mattress. Friendly, informative, great service.

Once they've sold you something, their communication, assistance, and customer care is appalling…read morepoor. My partner had a chair from here that was a significant help to him because of some medical issues. That is in large part the reason why I bought the chair for him as a gift. There was an issue with which the staff member/owner/whatever he is helped in a quick and efficient manner, which was much appreciated. However, the chair has been having issues for some time; the manufacturer had not provided the customer service that would be expected for especially such a large purchase. So we started working with the store instead in hopes to get some assistance as the chair continue to break down and becoming more and more unstable. But after almost a week after having sent requested information to the store about the issues, there had been no response or communication. I called to get an update and was told that a ticket had been submitted two days earlier with the manufacturer. This was never mentioned via response email or anything, and we never would have known this had I not contacted to find out what the radio silence was about. The products that are sold here are generally sold to people who need them for a reason. Most people--like me--are not purchasing a lift chair as an amusement (there are a lot more fashionable and less expensive chairs that I could purchase). So it's really disappointing that the store and what may be biggest manufacturer don't really seem to have the sense of urgency that or customer service prowess that one would expect when helping the specific population that they have set out a shingle to serve, and for the expense of their products.
