He was patient, kind, and truly wanted to make things right. At one point, staples even stopped selling certain items (that was lost). Michael helped me with better materials to ensure the quality was right. On top of that, when one of the laminators ended up jamming, Michael didn't disregard it--he followed up and helped me days later to make sure everything was resolved. That level of care and follow-through is rare. He tested the second laminator to ensure there's no more issues. Because of Michael, I'll continue choosing Staples.
