Everything I got is top quality at a price within reach. People get a good first impression from the furniture and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The installers were really great and the senior one had worked there for several decades, that alone tells me that this is a good company both to work for and do business with. The installer told me the story of the first time he had installed my furniture when they sold it to the original owner, and about when he refinished it when the company let the owner trade it in. Amazing. I literally searched all over Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin to try to find used traditional furniture and this company was the only one with any real choices in furniture. If I ever expand my office space, Second Systems will be my first call for more furniture.

When I mentioned seeing one of the chairs he had (but was out of stock of) at another retailer, he actually made a disparaging remark about what to expect regarding quality from the other retailer. So I asked him "are you saying Lafuma sends lower quality chairs to XYZ??" to which he said "Yes." Unbelievable, you just lost all credibility with me by bashing another retailer and insinuating that a reputable company like Lafuma sends only quality product to Relax The Back and inferior quality elsewhere. As if. I felt sorry for the new guy on the sales floor, he doesn't look like he fits in, he looks too honest. ;) 2 stars only because the store was merchandised well and they had a good selection of everything else...

I received a defective box of 24 Prismacolor "Col-Erase" pencils from an online order, and mailed them back per instructions ON THE BACK OF THE BOX to a street address in Bellwood, Illinois. Today the pencils came back as "undeliverable." What gives? Had there been an e-mail link to customer service when I googled for it, I would have used it. Now I feel doubly abused.
