Ms. Boni was the absolute best! All the nurses were kind. My boy even got a souvenir bear.

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would…read more I first visited Queensridge for a consultation last August and paid my $75 copay at the time of my appointment. The entire visit with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. I was then sent for blood work. Even though I had fasted beforehand just in case, I was told the specific test had to be completed before a certain time, so I had to schedule another appointment. When I returned for my second appointment after making another 30-minute drive, I was informed that the phlebotomist wasn't there, so I couldn't even have my blood drawn. After two disappointing visits, I decided not to return to this office. To make matters worse, I later received a bill for an additional $73. I spent over six months trying to get someone to explain why I owed more money after already paying my copay. I called weekly, left countless messages, and never received a return call. Because no one would respond, the balance was eventually sent to collections. I paid the balance just to deal with the collections issue, then disputed the charge with my bank because even they agreed the situation seemed unusual. Despite that, I am still being billed for the same charge. Once again, I spent months trying to get answers with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was essentially told that if I didn't pay, it would simply be sent to collections again. No one could actually explain why I owed the money. I no longer have the insurance I had at the time of my visit, and I was also told the doctor I originally saw doesn't even work there anymore. The lack of communication and patient care at this office is unacceptable. Ignoring patients for months while continuing to bill them and threaten collections is not how a medical practice should operate. If they put even half as much effort into helping their patients as they do collecting money, this situation could have been resolved long ago. I will never return and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a practice that values communication, professionalism, or patient care.

When I called, I was met with an automated message, standard these days, but there were no options for new patients or to reach medical staff. I stayed on the line without pressing any keys, and a human did eventually answer. They were polite, soft-spoken, and informed me that the clinic operates on a membership model. Digging into the site later, I found that membership runs around $3,200 per year. What's not clearly explained is how this integrates with existing insurance. There's no detail on whether labs, prescriptions, or procedures are billed separately or offset at all. Nothing against the clinic itself, but after watching another practice in town fall apart post-buyout, I'm not eager to throw more money into the healthcare black hole, especially on top of already sky-high insurance premiums. Las Vegas isn't exactly budget-friendly, and this setup seems designed more for the west side crowd with disposable income than for the average patient just trying to get solid care without financial acrobatics.

Danger! Danger! Danger! Do not visit Dr. Rita Mukherjee at the Oncology Institute located at 6450…read moreMedical Center Street in Las Vegas, NV. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she argued with me that I dont have several medical conditions, many of which she's known i have had for several years while under her care. Today she outright argued with me saying I don't have the medical conditions nor did she EVER tell me I have Cancer. Yet, after she got her head out of the fog she was in and read my prior test results, she then says yes I do have cancer? I see many doctor for many reasons, she is the only one that tried to tell me she knows more about body than I do! She is a definite quack! Please use your BEST judgement and DO NOT let her mess around with your health. Just stay away from her and see a more qualified professional. I will DEFINITELY NEVER go back to that business again

I was referred to this office when my ins dropped the Dr I was getting treatment thru last January…read more I wasn't able to get an appt w this office till March. It's now December and to date I have received absolutely no treatment for my cancer even tho the latest PET scan showing it's metastasized 75% since May. They lost my results twice which entailed my having to get another scan and then sent me to a radiation oncologist who said he couldn't treat me due to the metastasis. I then went back to IOH to be told I needed genetic testing to see if I qualified for immunotherapy . I did not. After that someone called asking how I wanted to handle my $600+ copay. I'd never had any copay. I told them I wasn't prepared to pay it. A few days later someone else called and asked if I needed financial assistance. I said yes and they told me to come to the office and fill out an app. I did so wi the week. Abt 2 weeks later someone called asking when I was going to return the application for financial aid. Advised them that I had already done that and turned it in to the front desk. She the asked was I sure I turned it in. Could it still be at my house? Advised her that I came to the office and filled it out in the waiting room. They finally found it. Within days a box was delivered to my home that I needed to sign for. When I opened it, it was the immunotherapy drug Keytruda. Dr Valladeres had told me I had no genetic markers for immunotherapy and was not a candidate. Called the office twice and spoke w 3 ppl asking what I should do w the drug that I now had in my fridge! No one has an answer but they still said it shouldn't have been shipped to me. (They're the ones who filled out that portion of the app not me). Called Merck pharmaceutical and they instructed me to take it to the office and to get a receipt. Did so. In the meantime, it's now been a yr since I received any treatment for my cancer which has now metastasized into my lymph system ands has gone from 1 metastatic node to 4. I have gone untreated for an entire yr!!! Every time I tried to book an appt I either couldn't get thru, was told the scheduling system was down but that a nurse would call me wo 24 hrs, (one ever called once out of 3xs being told that they would), or they couldn't schedule an appt for me till my copay was satisfied which was for the Keytruda that I cannot have anyway. When I explained that i had been approved for financial assistance thru Merck they said they had not been notified. Found out later from an employee that when the Keytruda arrives at the office it automatically triggers the system to allow me to schedule an appointment however bc it went to my house, that never happened. So here I sit w metastatic lymph nodes not being treated for an entire yr. I finally called and asked for a callback via the leader on their phone system. Someone called me back wi 30 mins today and I was able to schedule an appt wa diff dr at a diff location. I hope and pray the office on Medical Center Dr is more competent than the one on N Tenaya. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Valladeres but like my GP said, "A Dr is only as good as his staff." If the office staff at the new location isn't more on the ball I'm probably going to die from perfectly survivable cancer.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish…read more My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM, yet when we arrived, the office wasn't even open. We were left sitting in a cold hallway on uncomfortable chairs for 30 minutes until someone finally arrived around 7:30. If the office doesn't open until 7:30, appointments should not be scheduled for 7:00. After being in a car accident, the last thing you wanted to be doing is sitting around in a hard uncomfortable chair for 30 minutes for no reason. When an employee finally came out, she had a dismissive attitude and didn't offer an apology or even acknowledge the inconvenience. A simple "We're sorry for the wait" would have gone a long way. What made this even more concerning was that the neighboring business told us this happens regularly. They said they've seen several patients arrive for 7:00 AM appointments only to end up waiting outside in the hallway because the office isn't open yet. That tells me this isn't an isolated incident--it's an ongoing scheduling problem. Medical appointments can already be stressful. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, and their time should be valued just as much as the provider's. I hope management addresses this issue by either opening before the first appointment or scheduling patients when the office is actually staffed and ready to receive them. Unfortunately, this was not a good first impression.

Read the after visit doctor notes and 98% of the things mentioned were either wrong or never…read morementioned to me during my visit. This probably could have been avoided if the doctor actually took the time to speak with me. Instead he rambled off some jokes, said "we'll get you all sorts of tests" before even asking me why I was there. Without explaining anything or going over what my PCP sent him he signed me up for a bunch of pricey tests that I will be canceling as I look for another cardiologist. A few of the reviews touch on this, but it felt like I was being treated like a cash cow to pay the wall of doctors in the waiting room. The reviews don't lie, if you're referred here I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
