The Manager who came to me was an African American lady who was so "Unprofessional" and blatantly rude! First she walks up and asks rudely what do you want? When i replied Clase Azul, her response was " Why do you guys like this shit?" Seriously? Your manager needs to be more professional and she has no right to demeaner the choices of customers especially while buying expensive items. TotalWine needs to have some WiFi extenders out by their front door with a range to reach their curbside parking. If I have to go inside Total Wine, I might as well go inside of Spec's with is closer to my home. I only go to Total Wine for the convenience of curbside pickup.

The owner even showed me their golden cap which was above my price point, but nevertheless was pleased with the helpfulness and pleasant service. GREAT! I thought I had found a new go to store for future purchases. When I arrived home, I took the one that was in the box and decided to put it back in the box and place it in my liquor cabinet first. Then I removed the second bottle from a bag that was taken off the shelf and discovered the plastic seal with the horse on top had been broken and was loose. I called immediately to return but no one answered the phone and the call did not transfer to voicemail. After trying several more times with the same result I decided to return it when I left that evening for another engagement. The owner who had sold the Blanton's was gone for the day and the gentleman working the evening shift asked me to bringing it back the following morning when the owner was there. That is when things became painfully ugly. The owner first pointed to a sign of no refunds, no exchanges, and he wouldn't take it back. I'm still believing in good faith and perhaps an honest break that could have been boxed with the damage. All I wanted was an exchange for a good bottle since there was no way I could use or drink from a bottle that the seal had been broken when purchased. The man became irate, pointing is finger and insisted that the bottle wasn't damaged when I purchased it. He inferred that while he was in the back getting the other bottle I could have tampered with the bottle. What, why? I wasn't asking for a refund, just an unopened bottle. It came to the unpleasant point of telling him to just keep it and I would take the loss since it would serve me no purpose in keeping an unsealed bottle that I wouldn't be using. He then yelled that if I'm wrong, God would punish me, and if he was wrong God would punish him. Frustrated I responded well I guess God would punish him. By that time the clerk came out with another bottle and as I was turning to leave the owner shouted take it, take it and leave and never come back. I took the offer and given his stage of anger, I was really afraid if it was safe to leave with my back turned. Hopefully no one else will experience such and incident, but felt a duty to inform of the possibility.

I came in earlier today to buy groceries and paid in cash and left without my receipt and the HEB gift card I purchased. When I realized I was without these two, I immediately retuned to the store. There were 1000 ppl in there and this one unpaid actor who was signing Christmas Carols at the absolute top of his lungs. In the midst of it all, they were patient with me as I couldn't remember what register I was checked out on and/or who rang me up!! But they took the time to help me out and we found the card! The cashier who opened up the line looked at my daughter and said are you ready in a rude voice? we had two different transactions. I went first I put my things on the conveyor. The young woman proceeded to give very dirty looks at me and looked at my daughter, and my daughter told her I was looking for the dividers, but you really couldn't see them so the cashier goes. They're right there. They're like right there Pointing her finger and speaking very aggressively to my daughter we had my two grandbabies with me five year-old & 8 month old , but that did not seem to matter with this woman's personality so my daughter politely said well I didn't see them cause they're so small the cashier proceeded to check my things off all the sudden she takes the close sign, and she slams it down on the conveyor belt speaking through her teeth, like grinding angrily I'm closed to which I looked up and I said my daughter is with me but we have two transactions, The cashier proceeded to give me a very dirty angry, look talking beneath her breath to the point where I made the comment you need to please stop. She got louder, and I said you need to stop. She aggressively handed me my receipt. I took my receipt. I went to go look for a Manager, which there was no Manager to be found. I believe corporate does need to put up a phone number where customers can get in touch with corporate when things like this happen. It did not just in there. There was a family that was in there shopping and they thought it was funny how this woman was treating my family and I to where we were literally taunted out in the parking lot. This could've escalated into something else very quickly in our time we live in unfortunately that we I'm thankful that it did not, I do expect Aldi to handle this situation ASAP. I will not be threatened by one of your employees or have my daughter,grand babies at one of your stores by your employee I don't have to tell you this is very bad for business.
