There was absolutely no interaction between Specs employees and shoppers. we had 2 Spec employees excuse themselves to go around us 2x's talking between themselves about a test of Agave knowledge while maybe 5 shoppers were seriously engaged in their choice of Tequila. The tequila testing barrel was set up but no one in attendance to say...hey do you know about my tequila? Check out although pretty quick was given by a person or maybe an AI being, because there was no sense of emotion, up or down...Just very mechanical.

The hot buffet bar was really scarce, I mean, just fried dumplings and fries but they were refilled really slow and some never had refills. The boba bar was empty and never filled. The DIY ramen station was closed off. I tipped only because I felt like I had to, but the service was abysmal. I would come back but maybe for lunch instead of dinner. Hopefully service improves.

Once again, mostly the common advertised stuff, but I guess that's what a small suburban store needs to carry when the only regulars are from the neighborhood.
